It has been emotional two weeks since first major accident since 2009. Everyone has been very kind and knowledgeable during the emotional time. In my very very first brand new car, a 2021 versa. I was driving home, no rushing, and I remembered, that I was distance from the car in front of me, and that the light was green, and then a car went out and I hit their front bumper and they pushed me, the airbags deployed and I was knocked unconscious and was in state of shock and taken to the hospital. Lucky the safety features,. Saved me and my son. State farm has been very good and unfortunately because of the damage of the car, went ahead and total the car and paid off what I owed on the car. All within 2 weeks instead of waiting months for the usual months of whos fault and whos paying what.

Jennifer helped me first get more coverage on my car for less money, then helped me set up my home coverage and made sure it fit my needs.

I am not one to write a review or put a negative spotlight on a business but the customer service I received was terrible. Not only did I experience this but so did my fellow co-workers. Coming from working in the public I understand that we may have bad days but that should never reflect in your business of work.
