Doreen has provided incredible service, really making the process so smooth. It was great to have someone take the time to explain the coverage options. Doreen was amazing! She took my information and helped me get better coverage and significant savings than my Liberty Mutual homeowners policy, Doreen also found a deal for my car insurance that was about $25 less a month than my seemingly bulletproof GEICO plan. Doreen also walked me through my revised homeowners policy and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. A Google search for insurance deals cant give you that.This all took less than a week to happen. Ive never used an insurance company before to look for coverage, but Ill definitely keep working with Apple Valley Insurance for any future insurance needs.

Apple Valley Insurance has been my agent for over 20 years for my house and my auto. They have been attentive in making sure the policies are in place, and payments have been made. When I had a claim in 2018, they did not provide me with support, help or guidance with the insurance company. The claim took over a year, with testimonies, depositions, 500 pages of documents, and for a $5000 claim.

Awful, zero care for low end clients. I got my bill reduced by half by taking to progressive myself... Apple valley suggested I pay my 6 month insurance bill by credit card to save $30... And they also told me to try high road because their products were to expensive for teenage drivers. Terrible awful lack of care.
