I will start by saying, Advisors was great when I first became a client almost three years ago. It was my first experience with a local agent, and I was blown away by the level of service I received VS being a direct customer. Over the past two years, I’ve communicated with them via email and text about various issues, and the service has been excellent. Fast forward to July 2021; it was time to renew my insurance. I received a call from a local agent at another firm offering me a quote. I agreed to get the quote, and to my surprise, they could save me about 1200 a year with a slightly better policy. Because Advisors had been good to me, I wanted to reach out to see if there were better rates they could get me. On Day 1, I called and reached the VM Box, which stated that messages left before a specific time would be returned the same day. The day passed, and I didn’t receive a call. On day 2, I called and reached a young lady. I told her what I wanted, and she checked, and my agent was on a call, but she took my information and said he wouldn’t call me back later that day. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive that call. After a week passed, I told my wife that if we couldn’t count on them to call us back for a quote, GOD forbid we need them for a claim, so I decided to take our policies elsewhere. I understand that Covid has impacted many things, but it doesn’t take that long to receive a callback or at least a text message.

Had disappointing experiences on several occasions where I was very clear with the coverage I wanted to have for my auto and I was sold less coverage. Luckily, I checked the declarations page to have that corrected by Progressive directly before any mishaps that could have ruined me financially if an accident had of occurred. They are also unresponsive even though they have voice mail messages that say they will call you back that same day if you leave a message before a certain time. Never happened. After the second experience of misquotes I decided that I will have to switch agents as this kind of customer service is unacceptable to me. David Hanor did respond to me email to give his excuse of There is simply not a button that allows me to revert to your coverage before we brought it down while the vehicle is in the shop and having to toggle between multiple pages and prior declarations pages caused me to make this mistake. David, you need to get it right. It was important to me.

Excellent. I contacted Miles via email, requesting an updated homeowners certificate for a mutual client. Not only did he call to leave me a voicemail, to confirm he received my request, he had his processing team jump right on it. I received the updated cert. less than 24 hrs later. I realize this is a simple request, but this kind of customer service/support goes a long way.
