Awful finishing job. Left drink cans and scrap tile set material in driveway. Didn’t return to fill in holes around tile and transition material at door jams. Don’t waste your money. These are not the the best but second or third best

The guys did a good job on my floors. I am pleased with the work. The only issue is my final bill had a surprise charge that was not on my original estimate. With that being said I would still use them again because they were the most reasonable in the area(even with the added charge), my floors look great and was they were timely.

The installation was very poor quality and the entire project was incredibly painful. They had to come back 3 times to address transitions from LVT to carpet and to fix the visible carpet seam across the entire family room. They are hard to get on the phone and the customer service and communication is lacking. What was quoted as a “1-2 day project” took three weeks. Also, the transitions are coming up again, but nobody answers the phone.

EXCELLENT work!! The Pergo floors look so beautiful- incredible craftsmanship. Fidel was extremely communicative and helpful throughout this process. I would absolutely recommend The Pros Carpet & Floors and will definitely hire them for another flooring project in my home in the future. Thank you Fidel and Felix!

I spoke with him on Saturday and by Monday morning, the work was completed! He was fast, professional and did an excellent job. I’m already planning to use him again to put down flooring in another room. I highly recommend.

We have the Vinyl Plank coming up in a certain area and everytime i call or text Fidel he will not respond to the call or text to fix the issue and he said we have a lifetime warranty does not stand by his word

Fidel and his crew did good work but did not make it to follow up appointments to fix there work. We currently have floors that are separated and Fidel will not return our call or text messages to fulfill the warranty that he promised.

Fidel and crew were so so professional and my floors are beautiful. I would highly recommend them if you want some nice floors. Thank you so so much fellas.

They did s great job, puting a new sub floor in the bathroom and new tile floor.

They completed the work on schedule and all the team members were very professional with deep knowledge of flooring work.

They came out and did a great job quickly.
