The friendliest, most helpful employees regardless of a blue vest or a green vest. I’m visiting from Georgia and picked up items at this Sam’s Club that I couldn’t get at my local store. Plus I scored a great deal on a new camera system!

Using the Sam app to check out. I must say it was easy peasy. The app eliminates standing in a long checkout line. Shopping becomes a Grab an Go event. The greatest thing since sliced bread. 😃

Sam’s is pretty awesome. They have an app that allowes you to scan your items and pay, and then walk out. Avoiding the lines is necessary and convenient. I wish there were more than 1 in Greensboro.

I love this place, it has lots of the things that I use regularly in large quantities. I can be sure that they will have the same products and are consistent with the quality. So great job, Sams

Went early very well stocked. Got everything I needed. Cashier was very nice.

As a business owner, it is well appreciated to have early dedicated business owner hours. And the scan & go app is an EXCELLENT tool to allow customers to get in and out as efficiently as possible. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and look forward to continued patronage.

This Sams location has to worst service. I had just recently visited the gas pumps today I had left my Sams card at home by mistake. Sometimes I leave my card at home and usually the gas attendant lets me use their Sams card so I can pump gas. Today was a different day. The gas attendee Emanuel around the time 3:15 says I wasnt able to use he card to be able to pump gas even though I was able to prove that I was a Sams club member with my receipts and my identification. He proceeded to give me a very hard time about the situation and gave another customer a hard time about them letting me use their card just for the hassle. I even contacted cooperate and they said it was okay to ask the attendee to use their card to let me slide that day. Emanuel was highly disrespectful and this has happened before with him and Im highly upset of how this havent been dealt with and better business bureau and cooperate will be contacted asap.

New Member, no much wait to get the cards. Used the Sams app to scan and check out. Worked great! Was very busy but it was Saturday at noon. Would recommend the app.

Thank goodness for scan and go! Register lines were half way down the aisles. People lacking manners which is not the stores fault. Flat bed carts are kept at the exit, umm I Ned one at the entrance not when I leave!!

Shopping there is fine seems to be stocked pretty well every time Ive been, just dont go when its busy. Lines to check out can be a pain.

Quick checkout with scan & go, no checkout lines. The lady at the door was kind and pleasant.

Auto department at Sams today. Walk in and got quick service. Today I purchased 4 new Goodyear Eagles LS 2 tires and installed. For a walk in I got quick service and a great price. They beat out every other tire shop in the Greensboro area. I can say I saved at least $120. Im giving them a 5 star rating do to having stock and being able to install at time of purchase. Plus the auto mechanics were friendly. I will be returning to this location for business in the future.... Jerrell is one of the shop mechanics. But all of the guys in that department you can get great service.....

Meats did not look good at all (all bloomed), employees texting on their phones instead of working, and employee vehicles parked in the premium spots right outside the store (name badge and vest was visible in car). Time for a corporate visit!

Im a big fan of Sams club, but the Wendover store always feels so cramped. Like many people, I do my shopping on the weekends and the store is always packed. While its expected to be busy, theres hardly room to navigate around people even in the main aisles. I prefer the Hanes Mall store, it never feels as crowded or cramped, but I do other shopping in Greensboro and its easier to visit the Wendover location. That being said, the Sams Club app is a must: you can scan your items and pay without waiting to checkout with a cashier; the only line you might have to wait in is the exit line.

Almost always have what I need. Since covid, have had to make some changes as all items are not readily available. But for the most part Sams does a great job. And gas prices are always great.

Visited this place today! Seems like they think Covid is over completely. No sanitary wipes, no hand sanitizers, and no one cleaning the carts! Even though I had my masks on, I asked an associate if they have masks. She looked at me as though I was crazy! Finally some one showed me the sanitary wipes - behind a few carts in a place no one can find! And they were dry! Seems like they dont care! To make sure it was not a mistake, I asked the lady who checks your receipts on the way out and she told me that they dont provide hand sanitizers any more. They really dont care!

I was able to shop and find things that I needed. The self check out is great. Plus it would be much more quicker if I had just used my phone while I shop to check out.

I am always happy and satisfied when I leave Sams. The only time I am not is when they discontinue something that I like.

Is more name brands more stuff that I actually use.Better than Costco

I was in there for pillows and towels everything was easy to find and we got right in line check out was quick. Yes they was Member Mark items

Customer service is not a priority. I wanted to order a set of tires but the tire & battery center no longer has a listed phone number. Called customer service & finally got an answer after six minutes. The lady went to find someone and after a total of over 13 minutes, I gave up. This is an ongoing issue because you now have to schedule an appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. This is a direct reflection on management. Beginning to rethink our familys membership.

Its been awhile since I last visited. I have a membership now thanks to my son buying tickets to a Charlotte Hornets basketball game online and I guess they were having different perks for people who bought tickets but anyway I got my membership card, restocked on paper towels from when I last bought some in December, bought 2 cases of water, NY style cheese cake like I really need it, I do have my moments😉 other than that Sams is a good place to shop especially if you are planning on celebrations like Graduations, Weddings, and any other important event.

Sams Club itself is very nice clean but the people that go there are very rude, not the people that work there.Makes me not even want to go. It would help to have more check out.

Went here and got a new membership with the wife and was going to get a bottle of vanilla for the mother-in-law and it rang up a different price than what was displayed and they wouldnt honor their wrong doing and got very rude and hostile when I was very nice to them. I guess thats how they treat the new members. Everyone here had no professional manners nor hospitality training including the managers. I definitely wont be back here again. I DONT RECOMMEND this place at all.

The greeter was not at all welcoming today at 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm-. That is a bad way to start shopping off in my humble opinion. Never left my mind the entire time I spent there. The clerk that scanned me out was the exact opposite and made me feel welcome. Maybe next time I will use my costco card.

Shopping at Sams is so much more enjoyable with the scan and go function. Just turn on your phones location, scan the barcode for the products you want, pay in the app and show the paid code at the door. Ive been in Sams more in the last year that probably the past 2 or 2 years combined!

Well priced just had to wait for restocking procedures, they closed off an entire isle to do work with a forklift and only made a minor inconvenience because all of the supplies I was buying was in that isle. It is what it is, maybe future update to restocking procedures that do not include shutting down the isle.

Clean. Plenty of parking. Carriages are cleaned all day and night. Friendly staff. Great prices. Lines are full but fast checkout. Please dont forget to get your giant beef hot dog and large drink for $1.60. That will top of your day. Also grab some of the cheapest gas in Greensboro for your trip home. Money saved all around

I have been going to them since they first bought out Pace Warehouse. It is nearby. They have senior hours. They sell gas. They offer a variety of items, at good prices.

Customer service is excellent! I was looking for a specific item. Couldnt find it. I asked an associate. She stopped what she was doing and searched for the item about 10 minutes. They didnt have it but I was glad that she took the time to assist me. I didnt get her name but Im very appreciative! Sams, you rock!!

You would expect that in the midst of a pandemic and the stress of life itself, that people who work in customer service would actually provide the customer with good service. That doesnt seem to be the goal of the staff or management at this location. My visit there yesterday reminded me why I closed my account before.

Sams club has been amazing but I would recommend you to go one days like Monday and Tuesday. Not a lot of shoppers in the store but if you go on the weekend and the rest of the days. I recommend you to download the sams application and scan your products while you shop dn you can pay and then sho the scan code to the exit lady or gentleman to go out faster.

Hard to find members mark paper towels. Sunday after leaving Sams club I went online to order. Sold out online and in store. But went to Amazon and saw 11 pkgs at $40.00 each. Mind you in store and online, if it was available, only cost $16. There were a couple of people doing the exact same thing.

Have most of the stuff you need for a family with kids and Gas discount is better.

Sams has good selections in meat, canned goods, seasonings, produce, dairy, etc... However, this one is pretty crowded, long lines, disinterested employees... My least favorite sams club in the area - either Winston-salem is a much better experience!

I Love Sams! They have ABSOLUTELY everything from Pampers to Deep Freezers. I will ALWAYS go there.

Probably 90% of the customers wore masks. Baskets were sanitized. Items were moved around some as other items, namely clothing, were removed. I noticed some employees were cleaning in different aisles, which was good. I also noticed that most customers had to self check out. There was only one full service check out opened while, there were employees congregating, some as many as 3 or 4, that could have been checking out customers. Otherwise, it was a good experience, especially since I had not been there since March. Good supply of paper products and cleaning supplies were available.

What can I say, SAMS CLUB is SAMS CLUB. Its an awesome and fun experience.

Bulk buying can save you money if you go through a lot of that particular thing. Usually empty if going between 8-11 am. I try not to go later as the crowds start accumulating

Its a Sams Club... not much to really to say. If youve been to a warehouse club before, then you know what to expect. I love scan n go!

Great online shopping experience. The associate, Ron is an awesome personal shopper. I have not had a bad experience yet with the online shopping. The associates are friendly and very helpful. They dont want you to leave the store until they know you are satisfied with your order!

I dont know why it is sometimes when you shop at Sams on wendover you can use your app and check out on your app and then you run across the item that wont scan and then other times when you shop and you try to use the app and it requires you to sign in. It is very frustrating and then you end up standing in line waiting for an open checkout either your app is going to work or do away with it.
