I will definitely come back in here to deliver at any time it was in and out my appointment was set for 10 AM I show up at 7 AM they got me offloading very quickly and the dock workers are really nice and respectful Plenty of room to take you 10 hr break if you need to

This location is little far from my station. I visited this store yesterday to buy some foods. Wow! What a nice and organized. Very cooperative staffs. Love it.

Love Restaurant Depot! Great place for your kitchen needs when stocking up or cooking for large crowds. Picked up a couple boxes of frozen salmon. Love the portion size, texture and taste of this brand. Free membership but must qualify based on business.

Great place to shop, pricing is average.The floor employees are good. But man are the cashiers rude. It’s like they go out their way to be rude. The manager is rude like the ring leader. Customer service is tough especially right now but there’s still away to treat people. If you don’t like your job quit

Folks working the floor stocking seem to be very friendly and helpful most of the time. The cashiers are almost always rude, and act like they are going out of their way to help you. Product availability is decent, but not the greatest pricing.

Arguably the worst customer service I have seen across the US. If the people are seriously that unhappy with their jobs, there are 22 million unemployed willing to take it. I walked in and asked the front desk to do a return. She said she had to get a managers approval. Look for desk for 15 minutes unattended and came back with no answer.

The restaurant depot is Greensboro is not so good. We spend alot of money there because we own a restaurant and sometimes my husband will send me for things because he cant go and it will be heavy items and nobody to help load the stuff for me. I will see several men that work there go on a smoke break and the girls that work there end up having to do everything from ringing it up to loading it and lifting heavy things. While men are driving a fork lift or standing outside smoking.

Customer service is horrible now and every time we come here to shop they mess up the checkout. Rude employees and managers. They didn’t deserve 5 stars so i had to make it 1. This is an updated review so to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, I do not have any major complaints. I am glad that I no longer have to travel to Raleigh or Charlotte to get what I need. The only complaint that I do have is a few visits back, a cashier short changed me. I am assuming that it was due to the store not having change to give. My problem is, she never said anything before slamming the money in my hand and concluding the transaction. No explanation. I didnt even realize she had short changed me almost a whole dollar until she made that move. I wonder how many other customers were short changed and what was done with the extra funds. I have been back to shop since that visit, but I try to make sure I use exact change or my card now.

Appointment at 7am checked in at 6:40 am. Docked right away and unloading started.

Great quality items very reasonable prices, especially baking supplies.Great for big meals.

This store is a lot cleaner and the customer service is better than the store in Charlotte. I have had to drive over an hour to get the items I need and better service.

Staff is so rude, including manager. Went there to return something. Of course no one was at the customer service desk. Asked one of the employee if someone was working in customer service, she made a face and said she is out today. I said ok, can someone help me to return some items? She said i will come when i get done here. I was waiting for 15 minutes she did not come. Finally some other employee offered help who was stocking food. He said to go to the register and someone will help. Again i face same employee there with mad face and even the manager resting in office saw this and did not say anything.Returning items is a hastle, first you have to stand in customer service line and then they tell you to go to the register and stand in line again to collect your refund.NEVER COMING BACK

I like the store. The prices are mostly lower than delivery wholesale vendors. You do need to know prices, though. My only criticism is the carts. They are huge and you dont always need them for quick runs for smaller case sizes. A few of the smaller carts would be great.

I love shopping here, its a chefs paradise. And the employees here love to help people. Really is a great place

I came in yesterday and seen mold on the onions right at the front of the door came back today and they had same onions there still with mold on them for a place to advertise fresh produce that’s not very impressive at all I still highly recommend this place but there produce department is not the best

Love this place. Just wish they had the fresh seafood at all locations.

The prices are higher than Amazon, but it is very empty usually so dont worry about crouds. It is basically a convenience store for B2B sales so it cannot compete with Amazon.
