Horrible customer service. I called to get a rental drove an hour to get there just for them to say that my credit card was good enough for them even though I just rented that same week from the other office. Don’t waste your time!

It was a fair experience. Junior was helpful getting us into a truck rental for Labor Day weekend, but since I was under duress due to our car breaking down I did not read or question the fine print. I thought the rental was $75.00 per day (or 615.00 per week) but it would up being more like $100++ per day and that was a huge expense we did not plan for.Next time Ill be more careful as to the fine print and extra charges!

Let me preface this to say that I have always had outstanding customer service and vehicles from Enterprise. This review is for this location only. I had made a reservation the evening before due to a family emergency and a flat tire at this location. The kiosk that says to stay outside due to Covid was not out so I opened the door. I was rudely shooed out by a woman on the phone. She came out with a mask on but then pulled it down and said my car wasnt there. She a offered a truck, which I declined, having children who needed a bigger backseat and storage space. She then told me to go to a different location and she would call them to let them know. Which she did not, since when we got to the other location the manager said they had received no call but they were extremely helpful at that location.

Great experience with the staff, would recomend renting here.

Reserved a High Top Cargo Van online at $85 a day with 150 free miles to move my daughter out of her dorm room. I received a call at 8:20am that the cargo van was unavailable at 11am and would not be available for a week. He suggested a replacement truck at $135 a day plus 29 cents a mile. Not very apologetic, so I went to Penske for less money for a longer period of time on the rental.

Trucks are cheaper than U-Haul or most other companies like it but trucks are NOT mechanically maintained! I rented a truck with a lift gate & my trip was postponed by 3 days because my lift gate didnt work! It was an electrical issue. I rented my truck on a Thursday & wasnt able to leave till Monday afternoon! I was supposed to leave Friday morning. It took 2 separate mechanics to come out to finally get it fixed. The first mechanic was rude & didnt act like he cared to much about getting it fixed on a Friday evening. He had places to be. He even told me Id have to wait till Monday before anyone was going to care to fix it.The second mechanic was very nice & professional but it took him & me crawling around under the truck for 2 hours in the hot North Carolina sun in late July! IT WAS HOT!!!Well come to find out someone had wired the lift gate to the dome light in the cab of the truck! The mechanic said in his 30 years of working on these trucks hed never seen something so stupid!!!Needless to say I will NEVER use them again!!!

It was a pleasure talking with Ryan & Hammond they really went the extra mile for me I had to rent a truck to pick up things and NJ and they found a 🚚 for me brand new and by the way they were totally out of 🚚s. The cost was unbelievable I will never rent another 🚚 from Uhaul or anyboby else for that matter and neither should you

Zech was VERY helpful with my rental. Great personality and sense of humor. He really knows how to take care of customers and makes them feel comfortable.

If there were a possibility to assign a score with a negative annotation, that would be the score we would give.

I firmly believe enterprise rentals are to expensive. But they do have nice cars.

The best enterprise or rental place I have experienced!

I use this location often and have never had an issue. They are courteous and professional.
