I’m new to Charlotte and wasn’t sure if I was going to use my previous tax preparer in New York or go with someone local. After talking with Damon, I left the conversation feeling he was knowledgeable and well versed with certain tax information regarding NC retirement deductions. The day of my appointment I was prepared to drop my taxes off and come back to pickup ...however he was prepared to do them on said appointment.(NY you dropped them off and reschedule ANOTHER appointment to pickup ). My refund hit my account nine days later... Which is a first for me... it’s ALWAYS been 4-6 weeks later. (I’m thinking Damon has an connect with the IRS 😂). Had a friend get her return done last year in may wasnt the best experience for her. Dont bother going just unprofessional and any bad review that is put will be left for an administrator to do damage control and have a bunch of clients and friends post good reviews even if its not true just to keep their rating good. Dont like companies that arent truthful to their clients and cant pay close attention to detail. Just do your return and collect your money. And no there is not reconciliation for this.

I had my taxes done here a few years back. The receptionist was noisy and Damon took some of my return. They are frauds do not have your business done through this company.
