Sam is absolutely the greatest “Tax Guy” in NC hands down no questions asked. First things first he doubled my return that I would’ve gotten from TurboTax, secondly it was just as fast if not faster than my return from TurboTax last year, and thirdly he charges a super fair rate compared to everyone else I spoke too. Not only all that, but he hired some super attentive and professional employees to man to the phones that were able to answer every question I had in a impressively timely manner, they really know their stuff and truly cared to help me.Lastly, and most importantly the reason I decided a review was necessary, Sam went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me correct my ghastly mistake. I had given them the wrong account number for my direct deposit (actually forgot a digit at the end) which as you know, means I would’ve had to wait for the IRS to cancel it and send as a paper check which would take anywhere from 8-12 weeks.. but Sam called and got it sorted all out and had my return sent to him instead so I could have it today. The guy is a saint. Can’t express enough how much that meant to me.10/10 of would absolutely recommend to anyone. 10/10 will absolutely will make this my permanent tax establishment.10/10 for the overall (usually painstaking) process that turned out to be short, easy and stress free under Sam’s watch.
