Best accountant I’ve had. Helped me reverse penalties from my previous accountant, who told me they filed an extension but did not. Very professional and knowledgeable about tax laws and guidelines.

I would advise no one to use his services. My taxes were dropped off March 2018 he prepared my taxes without calling me for important information for my taxes to be done correctly months of me calling from my cell number, work numbers he only answered once when I called from an unknown number very hateful, denied I had ever called him or left messages, refused to let me come by and go over my taxes as well refused for me to pick my taxes up or even my W-2s stated he would drop them off at a different location when I advised him this was against the law he hung up on me. He has also refused to contact my lawyer as well regarding my 2019 taxes. It is now December I just now was able to have my w-2s sent from my company. This very unprofessional man & business has cost me pentialies among stress, I will be reporting him to the BBB, the IRS as well speaking with my lawyer regarding further actions. Please people go to HR Block or another top company to have your taxes completed. I have always either completed my own taxes or had one of the top companys do them, never again will I use anyone with no such disregards to not doing their job. This man or his company do not even deserve a 1 star much less continue to be in business. I am seeing per reviews that he isnt a member of the BBB which at this point doesnt surprise me but being that he does file taxes thru his business the IRS will have him on file.

I hired this accountant to complete my Mothers Estate Taxes, she passed in 2016. I dropped information off Spring of 2018. I have had great difficulty hearing from Mr. Black in order to complete the taxes so I can close my mothers estate. Does anyone know if his office is still open? I have been calling and sending emails. Any information is helpful. I was going to make a complaint on Better Business Bureau but he is not a member.

I worked for this business 15 or so years ago when they first started, they had an office on Randleman Rd which is where I began. When they opened the place on Church St, I worked the year they opened it, then the following year I went back to work for them. Worked there for 1 week and went in one day and was told I could leave, they didnt need me anymore. So I was fired? When I asked why I wasnt given any explanation which was very odd. I knew I did NOTHING wrong, so what was it?????? I wouldnt trust working there and depend on the salary cause you may get same treatment I got! Back when I worked there my last name was Summers
