A must if you have a pool or spa. Just go here youll get it right the first time with there knowledgeable staff that even do a free water test. The staff is great you wont want to leave you will get so much knowledge from them all.

I walked in Leslie’s pool place without a greeting or an “I’ll be right with you “ absolutely nothing! I walked around the store for 20 minutes before the girl finally asked to test my water, she handed me a print out and said we are all out of what you need. So we went up to Paradise Pools & Spas, clueless on what we needed. & so glad bc they actually were great!!

Went to check out the hype of Jax wax store and the person upfront showed me different demos recommended me products that I should use on my vehicle. Very nice even gave me a coupon for next time I visit. Would definitely visit again

After coming in religiously each month for over a year, I was treated poorly today. I always go straight to the line and wait patiently because I know exactly what chemicals I need. Today, there were 2 parties in front of me that had several questions each. Then when it was turn, the lady behind me who had been shopping around the store and was behind me in line fired off what she needed. When I spoke up to say I hadnt gotten what I needed, Anthony said they were next. Every other store Ive ever been in of any kind that has a line follows the line. Further more, I buy chemicals every month, leaf cover, sun cover, remote control vacuum, and plenty of other things in the last year. How do you not recognize a return customer like me? Not only does Anthony act like hes never met me, he was totally rude today. People go into stores, shop around, and get in line. Theres no numbers or call list at this store, just a line. I do not recommend this Leslies as every customer deserves to be treated equally, fairly, and with value.

Chemical prices too high, service helpful you dont always get someone experienced. Prices of robots high! pump prices high! not competitive with other suppliers on some items. Chemical I used last season went up 8.00 etc

Weve been taking our pool water samples and buying our chemicals from Leslies for ten years. We have finally decided that we cannot take the condescending treatment from the pool professional who works there anymore. The past few years, its been a nightmare to clear our pool, and each time we go, we get different advice from the staff who work there. Every time it is somehow our fault. (We get this we-must-have-done-something-wrong attitude when we are simply following the written directions that were given to us.) We realize after being outright disrespected today, that there are other pool shops in the area that we will be taking our business to from now on. We should have done that a lot earlier.

Anthony is the man. But any body at this store can fix any issue you have with your pool. They are all great to deal with. I have five other pool supply store twice as close to the area I live, but dive 45 mins to do business with these guys.

Ive been a customer of Leslies pool service since 1981, it still amazes me that when I have a problem their technicians can resolve any problem with such ease. I am giving them five stars I wish there were more, thank you for being such a wonderful service provider of pool chemicals and supplies at a reasonable cost. 👏👏👏

We came to get a new door for my skimmer, it broke over the winter. Emily waited on us and she was great, very helpful, Ill tell all my friends who own pools.

Tried for 3 months to get them to put in a new salt system and filter but after the tech came out never heard back from them. I purchased the items on line for a lot less and had my plummer do the install The company I purchased the system from told me not to use Leslie’s. I am now waiting for my water to be tested while they answer phones and ring up customers who came in after me. Worst customer service ever. This will be my last stop here.

Posted hours are 9-7. Showed up at 9:10, doors locked. Tried calling, no response. Waited outside until 10:00 and doors still locked. Very unprofessional.

The sales associate was very blah and not really helpful at all. Another customer helped me more than the associate did.

Customer service and repairs/service department is horrible. So frustrating. Also, pool Polaris robot should be under warranty but they didnt put my purchase into the system conveniently.
