Mila Smith is a spectacular agent. She fights for her clients, and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. She is definitely who you want to be in your corner.

Our realtor was Marty Haley. Very nice lady, great personality, but she was not aggressive enough. Some of the repairs that had to be done by a licensed contractor was not and she didnt catch it. Tim Shuford the inspector missed the furnace not heating. We told Marty about this issue and was told to call the HVAC Company that came out during inspections time. We had to pay for this to be fixed $250. The master shower door was missed by the inspector Tim Shuford. The shower door was rigged to closed. We had licensed contractor to come fix it, but he couldnt fix and it has to be replaced. We told Marty of the furnace and shower door being jacked, but she seamed to care less. We called the inspector and instead of him standing by his work we had to pay a deductible first. Im not expert, but I would think someone other than the current home owner would be responsible....so the home seller screwed us! Kris JArrante

Odessa Mosley is trash. Go with someone else! Not informative, rude, and unprofessional. Horrible attitude.
