I worked with Karen during the month of July 2016 briefly. I terminated our contract due to the fact that she was 50/50 on responsiveness, her local knowledge was poor, her negotiation skills were POOR, and her Process Expertise was EXTREMELY POOR. She was a nice person, however when purchasing a home you want someone who is confident in the things they say, and they match up to what every other realtor on the market is doing and offering their clientele. I found myself in a bad situation with a house that I had no knowledge on with comps in the area and the history of the home. I was very disappointed in that home and pulled the plug before I made a negative decision that would follow me for years. When I shared my concerns with her, she blamed me and that is when I knew that our relationship was over. I didnt learn much from her, but I know alot more now and will be very cautious with whom I work with. I still plan on working with Coldwell Bankers with someone else whom was HIGHLY recommended with two people I personally know.
