They did a good job on my headlight and tires, being able to go to any Walmart and get my tires rotated and balance for free is a plus too. Only thing is there was a long wait time. I guess its like that at any shop with high volume. I forgot to make a schedule for my tire install. Other than that I didnt have any issuses.

I had a great experience. A bit of slow service but it’s also a regular check out line that made the car service slow. My car still got its tire changed in a reasonable amount of time.

Im from out of town and this (by far) was the worst experience ever. Phone rang for over 5 minutes before it disconnected. Went into the store and was deliberately ignored by staff. Called while waiting and witnessed staff ignoring the ringing phone. When I was finally assisted, had to handle the tires myself. A real low...even for a budget store.

The tire center this morning did not open on time I had to walk around to find someone. The man was walking up nonchalantly like he didn’t have a care in the world. Then after 25 minutes he proceeds to tell me it will be a 2 hour wait for an oil change! Why?!

Horrible customer service. Its sad that they dont care about the customers. I strongly believe they are there ONLY FOR A PAY CHECK.

Didnt have what I need

Please dont waste you time and money at this place. Ive been here twice my first experience was okay but, my experience last week was horrible. I waited ten minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee. The guy with dreads saw me waiting and ignored me to talk to some girl that was obviously trying to walk away but he wouldnt leave her alone. He was also doing this while the phone rang nonstop but, no one would answer it. During my first visit I heard two people complaining about that their last oil change at this particular Walmart caused a severe oil leak and when I went in for the oil change last week the same thing happened to me. The mechanic came out and told me I had a bad leak and asked me where I got my last oil change. I told him I came here and he then tried to prove that I was lying. I had no reason to lie. Either theyre running a scam and lying about oil leaks to charge people more money for more work or they just dont know what they are doing.

Here I sit and hurt my leg bones and back. I have already tried on Linda to no avail. I need Britain water 3 cases and she tells me that I have to order plus and need for my antibiotics.a 300plustdollars of groceries. Im a seniors citizen 60s and dont have a way.Hoe can Wal-Mart help and get me fresh groceries.

Arrived for a oil change after calling ahead for the best time. On my arrival 3pm was told that EVEYONE was going on lunch that I could return in a hour 4 pm but it still would take another hour after that because 2 cars was in front of me

Jataya and Eugene helped straighten out an issue that I had with one of my tires on 10/13/2018. I had previously made a trip to the store on 10/08/2018 for the same issue. The technician that worked on my tire on 10/08/2018 did not fix the issue. However, Jataya listened to my concern on 10/13/2018. Eugene fixed it and I was able to get where I needed to go in a timely manner. I thank them both for being honest and concerned. I will be addressing the issue with the technician that did not do his job on 10/08/2018 with the appropriate people.

Worst service I ever received there. Cashier thought more about getting off than waiting on customer. Went there for another tire. Purchase tattoo 2 months ago need to replace it. Will go somewhere else. Tires not holding up good

Horrible service. I waited 2 hours one day just for them to check and see if there was a slow leak in my tire and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. Another time, I had low tire pressure and I pulled up to the bay, when I did I was greeted very rudely. One of the mechanics said “MAAM YOU CANT PARK RIGHT THERE, WE NEED THAT BAY FOR OTHER CARS” I said I understand that but I’m just trying to check my tire pressure and he said “YOU HAVE TO PULL IN ANOTHER SPOT AND GO INSIDE.” So I decided to drive away and go somewhere else. These people are very rude. As I was about to pull into another parking space the man started talking about me to the other guy who worked there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Try another Walmart but don’t waste your time and energy at this one.

So, my girlfriend purchased a set of tires at a different walmart a year ago. They came with free life time balancing. So, she took the car to this location last week to have them rebalanced. After waiting for 2+ hours to have tires balanced, she tells me that the car was still shaking horribly at highway speeds, she took the car to a different shop, just to have them tell us that the wheels had way too many weights on them, from Walmart balancing them. One wheel had over 4oz of lead weights installed, one of which came off the rim while driving. Maybe they need to recalibrate their balancing machine, maybe they need to find some employees that know what the hell theyre doing, probably both. So were currently having the tires balanced at the other shop, and paying for it, to avoid more of the same bullcrap. I guess thats the quality of workmanship you get from a Walmart tire center.

Got the high mileage oil change and they did a great job.

2nd car in a year I took there to have tires put on. 1st time there was a lug nut missing. This time 2nd car guy was using a 3/8ths impact should have been using a 1/2 inch impact. Therefore he said they were all stripped. And this was the same person from December last year to December this year I guess taking rims and tires off and putting new tires on rims is too complicated for him. I will never step foot into that store again!!! Dont understand how someone with no knowledge of what he is doing can still have a job. I tried calling back 4 times they put me on hold the 1st time and after that wouldnt answer the phone.

Very bad today they strip my luv nuts and i had to take my car to taylor tire to have the problem correct but when i came back the auto care manager took care of my bill i want to thank him for that where the other employee was so rude,and also lied about something they did to my car.
