Just received my package fulfilled by RSVP. It came fast and was in perfect shape!

I have worked on various projects with Cyndi for the last 10 years. She is always responsive, has creative ideas, is enthusiastic and very forward-thinking in coming up with customer solutions.

Using UPS Surepost so they can save money and waste our time when they are supposed to be shipping UPS Ground. Item hasn’t even been shipped out yet and it has been a week. Horrible management.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I received half of an order that was poorly packed. My item was completely destroyed in shipping because they simply lack the ability to properly package an item. Furthermore, this poor excuse of a company then sent all items VIA surepost which costs an average of $4 per shipment. Interesting considering Supreme charges a minimum shipping expense of $10. Because I am in the shipping/fulfillment industry, it is easy to see that lack of leadership is causing this company to suffer. - My resume is available when youre ready to fix your horrifying issues.

We use this company to ship out all of our merchandise, we have always found them to be honest, fair, and extremely consistent.

Purchased supreme merch and they use this company to ship. They use UPS surepost when they should be using UPS Ground. Don’t make consumers pay to save a buck. Provide HQ service instead.

Slowest shipping i have ever experienced. They are also supposed to use UPS Ground but they are shipping Surepost to cut costs.

Label printed a week ago. Still no shipping. Are they using my stuff?There is no reason to ship this slow, I get things from Sweden in 2 days. This company obviously got their money upfront and could care less. I guess Cooters car broke down on the way to to post office and he cant find his way back to the shop. Backwoods shipping company isnt qualified to dispose of used baby diapers. Hope they dont ship coffins as your loved one would just be lying on some plywood at the funeral home. Sad

Working for RSVP was demeaning. Staff tries to intimidate you by standing by you and staring at you, while pointing at you and talking about you to other staff. To get your attention, you are whistled at like you are a dog or herd of cattle by Tommy Childrens. I was called girl and I a 51 year old WOMAN. Employees was told by Tommy Childress, Dont not argue back with me, if I am wrong I will apologize later. I, myself do not recommend this company to anyone.

Supreme orders are supposed to be shipped via UPS GROUND, not UPS SurePost. Now im waiting forever for my shipment.

Great place my package didnt make it on time but it was my fault because I had forgot to put my apartment # they fixed my problem asap and my package came two day later!!

Really wish I could leave zero stars because thats what this company deserves. Why on the earth should I have to wait one extra day for UPS Surepost when it took over a week to ship my items to begin with. Just trying to cut costs, they dont give a hoot about everyday people like you and me. Their shipping department needs some serious coaching.
