I went to this particular Batteries Plus Bulbs because they can provide and program key fobs for your car, truck or SUV. Service was quick. Id advise you to call ahead to make sure they have the fob you need in stock and to make an appointment. Appointments are not necessary but it can save you some wait time.

Got my cellphone battery replaced. Only took 20 minutes. Works great now. Also, they carry Duracell batteries for everything. Got a 2000 lumen flashlight there. Lights up my whole backyard. Great for home security and for when traveling.

I had an issue with my iPhone X battery swelling to the point the screen was popping out, I called the store after seeing online that they could repair this. Zach answered the phone when I called and answered all of my questions, checked the stock of the battery, and quoted me a price all in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. He informed me that if I could have the phone there before around 5 or so they could take care of it same day. Once I got to the store Zach again assisted me with checking the status of a few things on my phone, going over some paperwork and then took care of the repair. They called me in about 30 minutes and it was complete. My phone was put back together perfectly. I was very pleased I could have it repaired and, not cost an arm and a leg. Upon picking it up everyone again was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you’ve got a battery issue with a device!

The staff at the 2709 Battleground Ave location in Greensboro, NC did an outstanding job of replacing my iPhone 6 battery--the capacity was down to 67%. They also replaced the cracked glass for a reasonable price. Zach was very professional! He thoroughly explained the diagnostic procedure prior to doing the maintenance. I was worried that my phone would also need the charging jack replaced but, thanks to Zachs inspection, he saved me a nice chunk of money by verifying that the charging jack was actually fine. My phone looks and works like new and its so nice to see that my battery is now running at 100% capacity. I was also surprised that all this was done within an hour despite a steady flow of customers.

Terrible customer service. Bought a battery and it stopped holding a charge a few weeks later. Store told me it was our fault for running the battery down and that the warranty was now void. Ridiculous considering it was charging every time the vehicle was running. They did NOTHING to try and help us. Will never EVER use this company again. Save yourself the headache and go to Wal-Mart or Autozone.

🚨🚨🚨Do not shop here! Warning! I brought my iPhone in last year to fix the screen. They did not attach the screws nor the plates in properly. They only give a six month warranty. Eight months after I replaced my screen, my phone stopped working. I had 2 computer repair places plus Apple central tell me it was their fault. I contacted the store directly and they did not respond. Warning. This is a scam. Go anywhere but here. I had to buy a new phone. ❌🚨

I cant imagine that they dont have every battery a normal person would need. Theyll put it in for you; for example, I needed a battery for my car key fob. Service is always very good and its usually busy when I go there. Prices are fair and probably cheaper than other places. When Ive had to visit for things like batteries for an alarm system or my key fob, Ive been able to be in and out in no time. They know their stuff here.

I reserved a service time on line to have the battery replaced in my daughters iPhone 6S. I promptly received a call from Dan stating the battery was not in stock and it would arrive by Friday at lunch. When I arrived on Friday afternoon I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I asked for Dan and he replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. While waiting, several other customers came in and needed help with key fob battery replacements. Everyone of them was greeted and quickly served. This is High Octane Customer Service. I will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service . I got a defective battery and brought it back with original receipt and everything in had within the written policy . They would not honor. They kept my battery overnight for charging only to tell me that it would not accept a charge which I already knew. Clearly it has a dead cell in it and the people working there do not have a clue about the batteries. It’s a retail only spot. Reached out to customer service and they were even worse. At the end of the day it’s not worth it. Go to amazon or Walmart less hassle and better service.

Good service. Individual at the counter was very helpful. It did take 10 days to get my special order battery but the store provide me that information when order was placed.

I had to call four different locations and none of the locations could program a key fob that was offered online. I had to drive an hour and half to get a refund because they accepted the order for a service that can’t even provide.None of the employees on the phone seemed to know what they were doing. I was placed on hold for minutes at a time. Each store would eventually call me and tell me they couldn’t perform the service was offered. How do you offer a service online which I prepay for then I have to drive an hour and half to get a refund because you don’t preform the service.

Fast Friendly Service

The battery from this supplier has a 36 month warranty while the competitions similar battery has only 24 months. This battery also has more Cold Cranking Amps.Installed today. The car now starts quicker. :)The installation is handled by the stores front desk man. This young fellow was either lacking experience and or training. He didnt know how to remove the plastic plugs holding down the various shields and air intake components. He removed the hold down bracket and then as required removed the battery cover and air intake housing. However, after putting the new battery in place he connected the cable and hold down rods before putting the battery cover in place. He also lost one of the nuts from the hold down rods and a 10mm socket into the 4-inch air feed tube in front of the battery. (No, they did not land on the ground.)Next, they do not have the cigarette lighter plug-in gizmo (Automotive Settings Keeper) that holds a current to the cars computer and radio. My radio locked out requiring a reset code and certain memory items of the car computer were erased.Also, no manager on duty on Sunday to discuss the above.In summary, good battery, good price, good warranty, but these guys are not mechanics.

They batteries are no good. I have bought 2 batteries within 2 years from this store under warranty! Both were bad batteries. Try to get new ones under my warranty, they told me my warranty doesn’t cover it. Because my car sat for six months. And I should of took the car battery out and charged it! Where idk! But I wouldn’t give this place a star. Totally false advertisement. And scam. Don’t buy here.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online Sunday night and received an online discount for doing so. The process was simple to do and I received an email when I could pick my battery up which was Monday morning. The battery was fully charged and included the mounting hardware when I arrived to pick it up. I received excellent customer service and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The battery worked and fit perfectly not to mention it survived a 90° day of motorcycling without overheating.

The guys at Batteries Plus Bulbs on Battleground Ave in Greensboro NC were terrific to me today when I went in to get the screen on my iPhone replaced. I was in and out within an hour and while there noticed how professionally and competently they handled about 5 other customers. I will definitely be back for any of my battery, bulb or cell phone needs.

I was looking to purchase a key fob for my vehicle. I found the key fob on the website using the search function and it stated it was available to be ordered or in stock. I contacted four stores and finally the battleground ave., Greensboro location was going to order it for me.I placed the order online since the price was significantly less expensive. The store called me the next day to verify my order. They confirmed the key fob would work for my vehicle. The next a difference employee contacted me and said that they wouldn’t be able to program this key fob because they don’t have the function to do so.I had to drive to Greensboro to get a refund.Worst experience!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Got my Pixel battery changed here. The tech made a mistake, but he took full responsibility for the repair. The phone was fixed and works great. I would definitely go back for phone repairs.

I give my experience at Batteries Plus a 3. I ordered the merchandise online (easy enough) to take advantage of the online discount. I was made aware that I would have to present my license and the card that I used when I went to pick up the order. When I arrived at the store, I gave the clerk my license for proof of purchase. Much to my surprise, a photocopy was made and placed on the receipt that the store kept! When I asked why, he said for security reasons. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was a criminal or something. I understood checking the license, but the photo copy was a bit much. I also had the card that I used to make the purchase. I was only purchasing a $30 battery. Needless to say, I will think twice before ordering online with this particular store again.

Do NOT buy batteries from this place. Purchased three 12 Volt batteries for my kids power toys. Had them about 2 months or so and they wouldnt charge any more, went to go exchange them since they have a one year warranty but somehow its my fault they are not working anymore. They offered me 10% off new ones as if Im going to actually buy more from them after they wouldnt honor the warranty on the first ones.

STAY AWAY! If you expect a warranty for anything you buy or have repaired there, BUYER BEWARE!! If you need a repair for an iPhone, turn around and go to the Apple Store. Yes it costs a little more but they will warranty their repair. These people will not!Heres why. I took my sons iPhone in to repair a screen that was not responding to touch. They had a price to repair it that was a little less than Apple Store so I decided to give it a try. They said they had to do a test to see if they could offer a warranty. How could it possibly pass their test as it would not respond to touch and that was item I was asking them to repair. But after the repair, the it did respond to touch perfectly and they could test it again at that point and it would pass their test.But 2 months later, the screen became non-responsive again. I spoke to the manager this morning about fixing it without cost and he told me he would not do that as it did not pass the test done before the repair. This policy is insane and it preys on those who can least afford it like my son who looked for a lesser expensive option to repair his broken phone.

The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable! Having said that I am on my 3rd screen replacement for my Galaxy S8 plus. And the 3rd is currently cracked. The longest a screen has lasted has been 2 days. The screens they are installing are not even half as good as the factory screen. I think the guys mean well but the product is inferior.

I have to give them a one star for poor quality replacement screen on my iPhone. First didn’t work at al with 3D Touch and when I went back one of the workers was very rude to me about getting a new one. Also the new screen is very unresponsive at times. Just DO NOT get a screen here. They are not as good as apple screens.

Ive always received great customer service at this location. Im still trying to replace all of our household lights with LED lights and theyve on occasion ordered and/or transferred whatever Im looking for in to the store. I even had one employee go the extra mile and go to a store and pick up the bulbs I needed for my current project.

These guys were awesome. I have always had great experiences at this store, and today Ryan Campano took great care of me with my I-Phone. He was knowledgable, very curious, and prompt, and knew exactly what to do. He told me that he had been sent to school to learn how to trouble-shoot because they have so many different problems to solve in their jobs. Mo was also very helpful and I even noticed they knew some of their customers who came in by name....A+++ for these employees!

This place is great. Everyone at the company is there to help. They even have more things than what the sign says. This company is like the Chick Filet of batteries, etc
