Hi Renae,Today, 9/2/21, the two cleaners did their work in one hour, .or two cleaner hours. They find a very clean house and make it cleaner.You have been billing me $135 per cleaning. Which equates to $67.50 per hour. I live alone so the house is always much cleaner than a typical one.Please consider a lower price in view of these circumstances. Also, in reviewing the initial contract terms, I should be paying $100 plus 25 dollars for the upstairs, which is $125 not 135.Please review and advise. Lawson

Seems to be declining into a topical clean only. In the showers I requested to use Tilex and I don’t think that’s being done. They did not move a bar of soap to clean underneath it or any of the shower shelves that had shampoo bottles on it. That resulted in mildew starting to form on the shelves. I seem to have to go behind them once they leave for the bathrooms to finish cleaning. In the amount of time they’re here cleaning actually decreases every time. It’s now under two hours I’m not sure I’m getting everything done.Also the mirrors in the bathrooms upstairs were not fully clean. I had to go back and finish cleaning the rest of the spots that had been left.

This team goes above and beyond. Yesterday I washed my bed linens and put the clean sheets on a chair in my room waiting for the spread to finish drying. When I came home the crew had put the sheets on my bed for me. What a nice surprise that was!! It was much appreciated and as far as I am concerned it was above and beyond my expectation! They do a thorough job and I highly recommend them!

Used this service to Clean my father-in-laws house. They showed up with music booming, spent 20 minutes in the home as witnessed by my husband and neighbors. My father-in-law is nearly blind so he sometimes has spills and messes he cant see.Absolutely nothing was touched or claim and they charged him $80. Fired.!

Not especially satisfied. This second deep cleaning lasted less than 2 hours,last time,it took 4 hours. I want the first two ladies who did the first deep cleaning and I want Mr. Schwartz to visit me in the next week before we proceed with the process. Any questions feel free to contact me.

I have used Cleaning Authority in the past and have returned to their service with our new home.Depending on which persons are working at your home that day depends on the quality and the depth of cleaning that you will get. Sometimes consistency can be an issue.If there is a problem I have been able to report the issue and proper measures were taken to resolve the situations immediately. They are very conscientious about their employees performance.I like using Cleaning Authority because they are very methodical in their process. They tell you exactly what they are going to do each week and how they will perform the services. This helps me to know what services have been performed and if there were to be a problem, it can be addressed specifically and dealt with efficiently.

I was away last week on vacation; how nice it was to have them arrive today and come home to a clean house. As always they do a great job and are very thorough.

Ive had a great experience with Cleaning Authority both in Harrisburg and since moving to Greensboro last year. The team that keeps our house in great shape is the dynamic duo of Asia and Brittany. They do a great job, especially with our childrens rooms which are straightened in a truly loving way. Its a great relief to have their help keeping our house a comfortable and clean home.

I am writing this review for Team 6 Raysa and Tia. They are the best of all the teams I have had over the years with this service. They come on time, work hard, and leave on time. They call me each time when they are on the way. They easily accommodate my particular quirks with respect to cleaning and exert special effort in areas I call to their attention. They are marvelous individuals with their own personal stories and very very funny. And, oh yes, they are also very smart.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for about 6 months. Karena and Allie come to my home every other week and do a great job. I do like the concept of the rotating deep clean but to be honest I dont notice it much - it just always looks thoroughly clean when they leave. I work from a home office and they are always accommodating with cleaning the office first or last depending on my meeting schedule.I was a little wary of using a cleaning service at first, but I was having trouble balancing cleaning with the kids and full time work, so I thought Id give it a try. I think its worth the money and I may move to weekly cleans when the budget allows.

Very superficial cleaning even though the initial visits are supposed to be thorough. They didnt even address specific specific spots I pointed out for attention. Some surfaces were not even touched and the promised follow-up inspections never occurred. Overall a disappointing experience.

We have so enjoyed our experience with The Cleaning Authority. I dont mind keeping things organized, but I dreaded really getting in and doing the cleaning. It has been so nice to walk into a clean house after their visits. We usually have Team #6, Raysa and Tia, who are more than just thorough, they are thoughtful in the way they treat our home. I met with the owner, Jerry Schwartz, of the local business on 3/20/19 to discuss establishing weekly home cleaning services with his business. When we agreed on the service and were discussing starting it, he stated that I would be contacted by Renae from the office on specific scheduling.I received an email on 03/26/19 (six days after the initial meeting) that stated: I have received your file and I have a tentative cleaning schedule set up for you. I have your first clean on Monday, April 1. The team should arrive between 12:00-2:00. This time will remain going forward every week.Please let me know if this fits your schedule and, if so, I will be happy to add your house to our official schedule.That should have been a warning signal, April 1st. I responded to the e-mail and confirmed the schedule within 30 minutes and received their confirmation back about 90 minutes later. The crew showed up during the designated time of between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm on April 1st and did the first of two Initial Cleans A and B. On April 8th a different crew showed up within the window and did the 2nd initial clean.I will admit that our house needed the attention, and after each cleaning the house was in better shape. But now, as I read the lists of what was supposed to be done, several of the tasks listed were not completed. i.e., Knickknacks and shelfs were not dusted; door frames were not cleaned, etc.Then on the morning of the scheduled 3rd cleaning, April 15th, at 8:16 AM, I received an email that read:Good morning, I am so sorry to send this, but I just received notice that your team was involved in an accident on the way to work.I will be in touch.I heard absolutely nothing from the company about this service originally scheduled for April 15th.Today was another scheduled service date and I waited until after the 2:00 pm window, and no one had arrived, to call to see what the issue was. I called the office and got the voicemail but did not leave a message. I then called the companys sales number and was connected to an answering service who could only tell me that we were on the schedule for today. I then asked to have the local owner call me and he did within 20 minutes. His only response was that they were scheduled and must be running behind. I told him we could not sit around all afternoon and that a two-hour window should be sufficient time to allow for their crews to work within. I then told him to cancel the service and I would find a company that can do what they say they are going to do.It is a shame because both teams (even though their literature says the same team would be used) were very pleasant and we were basically satisfied with the work they did.
