I have had cleaning services before and Molly Maids is the best so far. The team is very professional and efficient. They accomodate my schedule and will tailor the cleaning to your needs. This is our first time using a maid service. I contacted them on the recommendation of a former colleage. The work they did is amazing! Our house is spotless. The cabinets have never looked so clean and the whole house smells wonderful! Everything in the bathrooms and the kitchen sparkle now! My father, who is retired military was VERY pleased with their work. They were thorough and got right to work. They even made our beds! Even we dont make our beds! I cant say enough good things and will be using them monthly to deep clean our home. I have used this cleaning service for several years and have been very happy with my team, Laura, Patricia and Hila Rico! They always do an excellent job at cleaning, but they are also trustworthy, personable and efficient. I look forward to them coming and enjoy my home more when they leave.

The actual cleaning was good but the payment and customer service was poor. I had a quote over the phone, and online plus 2 phone conversations before the cleaning. Each time I recieved the same amount given a vacant home of my specified square footage which was for 3-4 hrs of work ($90 per hr). I spoke with the ladies doing the cleaning and they reconfirmed the price which I was quoted for. However when it came to payment the front office charged me $140 more for the 3.3 hrs of work. The quote and the ladies cleaning said $90 per hr and the office $135 per hr when they called for the payment. If you are going to give a quote to people you need to stand by it. Your office person was rude and kept saying its because of the condition of my home. My home is newer and vacant which you knew ahead of time (phone quote and 2 conversations via phone before the service) and you knew the square footage. That has nothing to do with the upcharging. You lied and even your workers were working based of the quoted 90 per hr. So your lying to me and cheating them.

I truly try my hardest to not leave poor reviews. However, I had hired Molly Maid Greensboro to move into my apartment. The apartment was clean but had some areas still needed cleaning. For example, my cabinets, vents, and bathroom. An eye level vent was still extremely dusty, they did not wash the Comet cleaner out of either of my tubs, and both bathroom cabinets were still filthy. I was moving across several states so having them clean thoroughly would have been a huge help. Instead I had to go after them and clean myself. I felt I wasted my money. The women were nice. However, I wish they would have done a thorough job. I did not pay $144 to still have to clean after them.

My cleaning team - Chelsea and Gabriela=are wonderful!! They come in and get right to work, each one handling specific tasks. They get the house looking and smelling wonderful in no time. They are both very friendly and easy to get along with. I have had to change my times a lot since we were remodeling our kitchen and the managers were very accommodating in changing the schedule. I am very pleased with the service I have gotten from my team and Molly Maid.

$296 later I feel the only thing that was throughly cleaned was my oven and my ceiling fan. They supposedly spent almost 4 hours in an empty house cleaning. Did a move out clean and the house was empty just hired them to do a basic cleaning. Bathrooms were halfway cleaned, floors did not look as if they had been mopped, floors were not vacuumed! House is only 1200 square feet and it took 4 hours for 2 people to clean an empty house? I trusted this company to do the job I hired them for, not to waste my money. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! Never will I ever consider hiring them again nor will I ever recommend them!

I had another company to send out a representative who told me nothing. She only asked what I needed done. And charge a separate price for different services. I decided at that point that I would not hire them. But this company tells you everything that is included in a package. I appreciated that and decided I would give them the job. They also informed me about there=safety measures and that they are licensed and bonded

But this company had a package and told me what was included. That is what sold me. I was also recommended by my children

My house is messy and disorganized quite often because there are kids and pets here. The crew did a great job cleaning around our messes. I’d suggest trying your best to pre-clean/tidy up before their arrival. They aren’t there for those purposes...they do the actual cleaning but it’s the homeowners responsibility to tidy up, etc.It’s more expensive to use this service than have a single person come regularly, but the fact is that they get more done and it’s shinier. The result is a more professional clean that you’ll probably be very grateful for in the end. I’ll probably call them for a service every three-six months.Keep in mind that if you are as picky as me then no one can clean your house better than you yourself, but if you need help like I did (I’m 8 months preggo) then your better off using their services because it can be difficult to accomplish a good cleaning alone.Overall I would highly suggest this company and i will use them again in the future. The crew was super kind and considerate. They also wore masks while in my home which I really appreciated.

Cecelia & Angelica (Crew #5) are the best!! They are very friendly, thorough, and do a great job each time that they come. They arrive on time and get right to work. They are also efficient and finish each cleaning within about 2 hours.

If zero stars were an option, thats what Molly Maids would get. I am $244.00 worth of disappointed. After the maids came in and spent 3 hours in my home, I cant tell any difference. I had to request the young ladies re-dust the upstairs after they had already done it. My windows are have smudges, there are still particles of dust on my furniture and my toilets were not cleaned. When I called to request a quote I made sure to tell them I wanted a deep clean and the the windows cleaned at what ever charge neccessary. I requested a deep cleaning and got at best, a light dusting. Where was my customized cleaning plan and why was it not employed. I am more frustrated by the fact that the ladies did not arrive with any professional grade cleaning products (industry-leading cleaning supplies according to their website) or supplies as the website states. Their blog has all sorts of cleaning tips and they used not a single one. I was contacted as a follow up by someone at my local Molly Maids and was told that they dont use certain products because of allergies. Hello... where is the good old fashioned vinegar and water then. But, heres a thought just ask if there are allergies and bring the appropriate products based on the customer response. I hope the 24hr warranty still stands considering its Friday after five oclock.Never give the gift of Molly as the website encourages. Tried that today and am left dissapointed and out of $244.00 paid in cash.There are smudges left on my windows, dust on various furniture pieces. (see photos)And the 5 toilets where not even touched. Where is the scouring stick to remove the lime and rust build up. Complete no-shows for a move in cleaning. I tried to call them several times with no answer. They finally called me at 4:00 to say they werent going to make it. Total BS. We had no cleaning supplies as our stuff was in transit and had to buy cleaning supplies to do the job they were supposed to.

The very 1st time was best, ladies took time and cleaned thoroughly, this go round it seemed rushed and there were areas I needed them to go back over and they did with no problem but I don’t want to have to ask to redo things properly. I will probably do again I just wish you can choose who does the cleaning.

Twice I made an appointment for an estimate with a Ruben and twice it was a no show.

The service and cleaners were nice, but I was charged far over my estimate, which I believe is because the cleaners spent more time than necessary.I appreciate the company working with me to refund the difference from the charged amount and the quote, but I dont see why I was charged more in the first place.

My house was in bad need of a deep clean due to being inside with kids and pets so much lately, the ladies went above & beyond, it’s so nice coming home to such a clean house!!

Molly Maid was easy to schedule, worked quickly, and the house looked amazing! I am completely satisfied with their work. We used this service after we moved out of the home and were ready to put the house on the market. It could not have been more beautiful after the cleaners finished- fantastic job!

I requested a deep clean and there were some things that were done and others that definitely weren’t. I texted the guy who set up the appointment to confirm what was actually done—no response. I texted again to say I was dissatisfied. Again no response. They were diligent about contacting me before I booked but it’s like they took my money and ran. We had to clean after they were done. It’s like little by little I’m noticing what they didn’t get. It’s pretty frustrating. I will never book them again and I will certainly not recommend them.

I live in a 1,000 square foot apartment. I was charged $165 for the clean which was higher than the quote given. The person I spoke to about this higher price told me she couldnt speak to the condition of my home. I live alone, without pets, and the apartment had just been professionally cleaned the prior month. I cant believe it took two people two hours to clean my apartment as I could have done that on my own in that amount of time. Moreover, the cleaning job was just OK. To their credit, they did send people back to reclean the floors which was my biggest complaint. By charging the prices that they do and not sticking to quotes, I wont use them again as I know people with homes twice the size that pay less.
