This is a great place for the price. If you are trying to save money and want a caring landlord who will go out of his way to help you, want a nice area you can walk and bike in, this is the place for you. Convenient location minutes from everywhere. I have paid much higher for much worse. Recommend for those saving up/ figuring out life! Other tenants are caring and nice. Always feel safe and I live alone.

My experience at The Inn At Greensboro has been nothing but wholesome. Ive lived here going on a year now, with any and everything being considered I have found my stay profoundly efficient. The landlord does a great job keeping the complex clean, up to date and cozy.

Very nice place to live. The manager is very helpful and understanding. The rooms are good, its very quite, safe place to live. This is probably the best placed I’ve rented. You don’t have to wait forever to get a maintenance problem taken care of! There are so many old thing about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We recently renewed or message here due to his lack of word . He checked apartment and said, Perfect and even said on phone messge, issued full refund . Our son had area rugs laid down . Still, this man took 40.00 $ out from our deposit after claiming the apartment was clean . Not sure why you treat us in this manner Nasim Abu -Hashem But certainly wrong on your behalf and Owner of your facility. Rent was paid on time, no troubles but still, you treat us in disrespectful way . Why tell us something and not stick with your story . Honorable .. wishy washy . Theres a pic of you with a Tee- shirt you are wearing stating on front, I love haters .. Fits you Nasim . Thanks for treating us POORLY . People, beware. Dont try anything Nasim, or your friends . We have high security cameras that can detect all, Plus, You wouldnt like a officer knocking at your door

I lived here for 3 years and I loved it! Nasim did a great job getting me anything I ever needed and is honestly the best landlord I’ve had so far. I received my security deposit back a week after my departure too. Nothing but positive things to say!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to rent at The Inn At Greensboro. The apartment rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is super friendly. Nasim always takes care of me and makes sure the residents are happy. He went out of his way to make sure my room was great and would personally deliver important mail packages to me. Renting here will feel like you are a part of their family. I cant say enough great things!

Be careful of this place. It was lovely living there. I found Nasim very helpful and considerate but now that weve left, they are not paying our deposit back to us. We are retired and because of covid had to pay R15050 each for repatriation flights, and so we are dependent on this monies due to us. Unfortunately we are back in South Africa and after numerous attempts to contact Nasim, we still have had no response. Our contract stated that we would get our deposit back after 60 days and we left 19 May.

I lived here for a year with no issues to speak of! The rooms are clean and the facilities and entire campus are well maintained! The Inn at Greensboro is great for anyone looking for a hassle-free place to live right in downtown Greensboro!

Had a package incorrectly delivered here instead of my home. Nasim went out of his way to find my via social media and get the package to me. Very friendly!
