The people at Corporate Accommodations were wonderful after we had to leave our home due to water damage from a leak. They worked quickly to get us into a great apartment in an excellent location. We showed up with our clothing and practically everything else was taken care of. The apartment felt nice and homey with all the furniture we needed, a well stocked kitchen, and impressive attention to detail. For the few months we were there, Corporate Accommodations staff were always professional, responsive, and kind. My family and I are grateful for everything!

Rented through Corporate Accommodations for a short term lease for a travel nursing contract. The process was extremely easy and quick working with the ladies I spoke to! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to survive the next couple months here. Definitely would rent with them again!

From the very beginning, Linda and Weslei worked so diligently on our behalf. We moved during Covid so apartments were difficult to find, but they found one that was perfect for our family. And the apartment was in a great location, close to everything! And Corporate Accommodations furnished it with new furniture and even accommodated our family’s specific requests. We literally only had to bring our clothes and food because they provided everything else! I highly recommend Corporate Accommodations! They will literally go the second mile and even further to make sure their customers are taken care of!!

Wonderful company that provided a streamline process for short term rentals. I was able to find a unit close to my work and move in less than a week. They provided everything- towels, linens, kitchen items and the furnishings suited the space well. It was nice to only have one bill a month as everything was included (rent, utilities, furnishings, etc). Would highly recommend their services and wish there were more companies like them around the country! Five stars!

Absolutely love the company and the furniture selections they have! Very accommodating. The after hours team is quick to respond when an emergency arose regarding an AC repair. If you are needing long term, short term, or just relocating I highly recommend!

Loved my experience with Corporate Accommodations. They made my move easy and stress free. Very attentive to my families needs and found exactly what we were looking for. My apartment was so cozy, made me feel like I was at home!

Not a good experience. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and now my babys crib and bedding reeks of the stench. The couch back corner was shredded, possibly by someones cat. They charged me a bunch of extra money for cleaning fees and pet hair, and attached a photo of a few strands of pet hair as justification. Also, they pulled some dog hair out of the carpet while vacuuming but duh, thats what happens. We already paid a giant pet fee to begin with, and now I have even more charges. It was supposed to be a pet friendly rental.The kitchen is sparsely stocked with cheap pots and utensils. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet ran constantly. It was overall a negative experience. Certainly not worth the THOUSANDS of dollars we paid them.Avoid if you can.

I cannot dissuade future customers enough from Corporate Accommodations. The furniture is of sub-par quality that is cheaply made, sags in certain sections, and the fabric pills up from even normal everyday usage. More importantly, they will gladly charge you (in my case $450) for damages that you likely did not cause. Because the furniture is of poor quality when it comes in your door, it is easy for them to pass erroneous charges on to the customer. Upon arrival, there is no paperwork for the customer to look over to indicate the condition, like for a car rental. Corporate Accommodations will claim they will send you a notification of charges (they wont) and they are completely inflexible with any sort of customer-friendly settlement. If you are still courageous enough to rent from them, I would recommend only settling on their poor-quality furniture and exclude the Accessory Package which will double your price and include such items as ficus/greenery and coaster. I had a much better experience with Rent-A-Center in the past, and thats saying something.P.S. Any photo evidence that may follow in a company response of said pilling damages were indicative of the condition in which we received the furniture. My fault, I suppose, for not immediately sending the furniture back upon arrival.
