I was in this location today #2272 on 9/19. It was extremely busy but the two young black young ladies were doing a super outstanding job. Customer friendly service multi tasking waiting on Amazon returns and alerting the customers in line they will be taken care of as soon as possible.I’m not surprised at this location is extremely customer friendly bit, because I was doing the week the manager Nick also shows a super service attitude. I own a business in the area and if I could I will steal these two young ladies in a heartbeat.thanks Kyanh for providing great service.james

Nick is the best! I needed help with a complicated notarization for my client and he knocked it out of the park. It was almost 5pm and I needed to get the job done before the end of day and he was able to complete the notarization, scanning and shipping of my vital documents in record time. I was so impressed I had to immediately leave a great review.It may sound lame, but I wish I could give an extra star.

Paris at this location went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciate her parents professionalism and willingness to help. So thankful I live near this location I will definitely return and give them my shipping business

I needed to ship an urgent package. She was quick to offer solutions and very efficient. She took the stress out of the entire process with her professionalism. Waited in line for someone getting a packaged shipped so I was in for a long wait. Guy on register 2 was working in a shipment, but could help with drop offs. He gave me direct eye contact when I was waiting in line clearly with amazon on my phine, but he let 2 other people who came after me do their drop offs. Ginger at the copy center asked if anyone had a dropoff, and took care of it briefly for me.Advice to mamagement: I know the layout is small and space is limited, but maybe rearrange the store so lines are easier to recognize. While waiting, I overheard at least 3 customers after me stating where do we stand in line?

The staff at this UPS store go out of their way to help you. We have been going to the UPS Store for years, and have had no problems. I needed to get a package halfway across the country in less than 24 hours in order to get an apartment, and when it did not arrive on time, they actually called the apartment complex themselves, and told them of the situation and got my deadline for the payment extended.Best customer service I have had in years. They REALLY care about their customers.

Don’t ever expect to install anything they ship the same day, they literally mean by the end of the day terrible how long it takes.

I had an appointment for notary services on a Saturday. I arrived early and was told that the notary was not there yet, but would be there in about 20 minutes which was fine. I went next door to the pet store to spend time while waiting. I came back after 20 minutes and found that the person who could notarize had switched shifts and that there would not be anyone to notarize my papers. I was surprised to hear this since I had an appointment that would not be honored. The staff was unapologetic about it and told me to go to the UPS store at Pisgah and Elm which was out of my way.Dont bother going to this location. Poor customer service.

I have used this UPS store location many times and have no complaints. The owner is often there and is very friendly, as are the employees who have helped me.

Spent 20 seconds on their pc to print one copy. I then realized it was the wrong mailing label and I didnt need it. They still charged me $2.27 for use of the computer and printing the copy. Might not be much but still a complete joke and rip off. Will not go back to this store again. Hopefully Fedex isnt so cheap abd stingy.

The cashier was a bit rude, then when I asked to print a piece of paper they said $4 for 1 sheet. UPS has to be kidding to charge $4 to print in this economy when the library is .10 cent per page

I brought in a package that was 50 x 38 x 3. I thought that would be a struggle. They did not even blink. Asked me what they needed to know and I was done and on my way in 4 minutes.

They don’t even open on time.
