This store has the absolute best team working everyday. I drop off packages almost daily. The only true problem I see is the customers that come in wanting something that simply they had in their mind and not necessarily something that can be done. Keep up the great customer service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to drop a prepared fed ex package off at 6:20 pm (they close at 8 pm). Door was locked and they came to door and would not even let us drop the package off even though everything on the package was filled out and prepared with our account # listed. Fed Ex should drop these clowns. We ended up catching a fed ex driver 3 streets over to give the package to him. True story.

I don’t know who the guy is that has an attitude that works there is but I will never go to this location ever again because of him. I simply wanted to have them fax forms for me. He wanted me to use a cover sheet but the directions from my insurance specifically said not to use a cover sheet. He got mad and purposely faxed the documents on the wrong side so that the recipient would receive all blank pages. He had a nerve to say have a blessed day after that stunt. He’s rude, spiteful, and mean.

I received rude and condescending service at this location in Greensboro. I have to say I was shocked at his behavior towards me, even more shocked when he then said “have a blessed evening”. What a world we live in.

FedEx always gets my business related and college related projects handled professionally. I often have to create and execute important work that cannot be messed up. I trust this FedEx because they are always sweet, patient, and handle a large volume of people with grace. They always provide me with quality and affordable options, no matter how busy they are. My last visit, I was printing letters to send to my Grandma and Tyler was really helpful, upbeat, and detail oriented! Thanks!

I had a 24x36 poster print printed at the Tate Street location for a funeral service. After I got it home, I noticed a small bubbled area and called to tell them. They reprinted it the same day no questions asked. Thank you guys for such amazing customer service! I highly recommend this location.

Matthew in printing was great !So, I visited the Tate Street location in Greensboro,NC on Friday 7.17.20 around 2pm and Matthew was very helpful in assisting me with my print job. I made the mistake of sending the wrong size file. I didn’t have my laptop to fix it and he just resized the files for me (it’s an extra charge if FedEx has to resize your file.. so be aware). Matthew was so kind and really went the extra mile to help me. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, everyone is usually very nice. Except one guy that was checking people out on this day.. he was a little distant and disconnected; but overall good experience!

Tyler is usually great! Today Pete was there...Pete is the one that all the reviews about bad customer service is about. This guy needs to be replaced, seriously! Extremely rude, impatient, egotistical, and giving this location a really bad rep.... seriously off putting experience that wont allow me to use this location again...n even possibly the company as a whole...Puh!

Very helpful staff that is really effcient. They always get my order shipped on time and help me with tracking information. They even suggested I take a picture of my label in case i lose my receipt (which i did) but was still able to look at picture on my phone to track my shipments. Awesome. Also a very CLEAN place.

New staff is the worst used to come to Tate Street FedEx Kinkos all the time always have wonderful service always was a great. But now you cant get a hello back when I walked into the store. guy looked at me like I was crazy I was just coming to pick up the order I didnt even need much couldnt tell me where if they have a clear labels are not. Rushed me out of the store as it was getting close to closing time. Im not want to leave a mess I couldnt even pick up my strap paper. Hes was so rude.

Want to get anything done? Go to a different location. Worker didnt want to make prints and said it was too close to closing time. It was another hour until they closed.... dont waste your time.

This office has given me excellent service for the past three years. The staff has always been friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me. If you need a Kinkos/Fed Ex in the Greensboro area, this is the store for you.

I highly recommend NEVER returning to this FedEx location and moving your business elsewhere. Multiple people have been towed from their parking lot within 10-15 minutes of being parked there—some even illegally because they did not verify that the vehicle owners were doing legitimate business in the shopping plaza where its contained.The staff at this FedEx is aware of the problem and even possibly scouting for the towing company. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely unsympathetic to young female college students suddenly finding themselves without a car and having to find their own way to a towing companys location in a very dangerous neighborhood.Multiple formal complaints have been and are continuing to be lodged with the areas Better Business Bureau. Legal action may even be taken. In the meantime, I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere because the people who work in this FedEx certainly do not deserve it.

I went to this store with a problem i did not know the solution to. The friendly staff helped me find what i needed and then worked diligently to help me get the results i needed. I could not have been happier with my experience.

The customer service staff is undeniably terrible. They couldve hired grade schoolers and would have been equally as successful if NOT more. They are incompetent and ridiculously rude. Id rather travel a thousand miles or purchase my own printer than come back to this specific location. They are obnoxious, rude, and they always seem to be in a hurry to get rid of the customers yet they are in no rush to assist. I dont understand. Honestly, fire them. Throw the whole staff away and start fresh because they are trash. I had more respect for FedEx than this and this is an insult. Theyre not even worth the 1 star so shoutout to google for that. Smh. Seriously, fire these embiciles.

Fedex here is helpful and busy. The staff are friendly, however you have to move your car if you park here and go to Chipotle or else risk getting towed!!! It sucks.

The new staff here are unbelievably terrible. I just stood inside, with 3 employees on hand, for TEN MINUTES without even being acknowledged with a hello. I was hoping to have some documents sent to Raleigh to arrive on Monday, but I guess that isnt happening now. Thank God it isnt that time sensitive, because the staff here obviously couldnt care less.
