We made it! Thanks to Bill, Brian and Q. I recently purchased a barely used RV with only 2 hours on the Cummings generator. Getting ready for our first long rv trip I could not get the generator to start. So I made an appointment with Greensboro location hoping it was an easy fix or better yet user error. It wasn’t.We soon learned it definitely wasn’t an easy fix or caused by the generator. Fortunately Brian and Bill insisted we needed our generator for our long trip out west were we would incur lots of 100 plus days. As we were scheduled to leave the next day, we were becoming resigned to the displeasure of no generator.But they convinced us to hang around in their air conditioned waiting room with satellite tv. It was so comfy my adult son even took a long nap while Brian worked for hours until he successfully diagnosed and repaired the problem.As a recently widowed woman, whose husband was very mechanical and handled all of our vehicle maintenance issues, I was afraid of taking the rv to be serviced. I had just taken it back to the rv dealership who barely looked at it and then determined it was the generator. Which it turned out it wasn’t. So I don’t know what I would have done if they hadn’t gone above and beyond to repair the problem the dealership should have repaired.I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the treatment I received. They respected me and treated me honestly throughout the entire process. When I couldn’t answer specific mechanical questions they didn’t make me feel stupid. Instead they took the time to explain all of the details and information my RV dealership couldn’t.Just know you can expect professional and courteous service from this location. They have personally earned my business. No one else will be servicing my generator but this dealership. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful trip.

The people at this location were nice, but Cummins itself is a bunch of crooks! They charged me two hours to check a belt, and charged me over $150 per hour labor. Was going to try and charge $1900 to fix the belt.

Absolutely no communication. After calling several times and leaving several messages they may finally return a call to get the run around. Had my generator for 6 weeks and never even got a diagnosis...

Worst place ever to go get parts..4 people working and 3 not doing anything, but it was 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. I am a parts courier and stop at 10-12 around town....
Took two months to get an appointment to have a truck worked on. Finally had to contact the national Service Manager. I got service then. Now that I have taken my truck in for service it took two weeks to get it inspected. Now I have a fourteen thousand dollar repair. Lets see how good they are repairing my truck. I will post about the service quality.
Cue(not sure on spelling) he is the Second shift service advisor, he is awesome.I drive a wrecker/rollback for a towing service, within one month we had 2 Ftl’s go down with Cummins engines in them. We called ahead to Cue we got the trucks there and he got a man right on them to get them back to us PDQ. My truck had another issue a few months later and again Cue got a man on the truck and got it back to us in a week. This was after he called and said it was done but he just didn’t feel right so before he had us pick up my truck he checked a few more things on it to make sure we didn’t have any more issues.Cue has done a great job, and the techs he has working under him are also great. His wholeCrew went above and beyond for our company to get our service vehicles back on the road and making money.I would highly recommend them for any Cummins engine service.

I received excellent customer service from the three gentlemen in the parts department they were helpful in finding me a hotel plus very professional in every way.
Horrible place. Parts dept needs to learn what inventory is and lol, tha service dept, well, I would rather slam my head in a sliding glass door than to have to deal with them.
Picked up truck from kenly cummins and had a charging issue driving through Greensboro at 10:00 pm called ahead and they said come rite over and they will take a look.
Sorry not a good place for truck repair, Im still struggling with my truck after all this money ($9,700) and time (2 month) spent nothing change
