I am prone to being a little anxious for dentist visits. Dr Gill and his staff have made my visits extremely comfortable. Very impressed.

Always friendly and great service. Now I am very iffy about dentists I literally stayed with one dentist from my childhood until he retired. But I do love Dr Gill hes been great since Dr Curtis had to retire a little early. Definitely recommend him.

When I was searching for a new dentist 6 years ago a friend recommended Norman Dental and I am so glad she did. Ive been going to them ever since and they are wonderful! I had a cavity filled today and was pretty nervous. Dr. Matt was so awesome and made the entire experience quick and painless. I highly recommend them!

My visit with Norman Dental today went extremely well. The wait time in the lobby was less than 10 minutes. The dental hygienist was also courteous and was able to do bitewing X-rays that did not cause any gagging. Dr. Matthew Norman, who performed the exam, was also very courteous and performed the exam in a professional manner. Dr. Matthew Norman was also willing to answer any questions I had about my dental health. I highly recommend Norman Dental to others.

*2/28/21 Update* I went back to Norman Dental and they were very helpful. They gave me a few options for what i can do about my gap, i chose to just live with it for now. I was happy to see they reached out to try and help.------------------------*Original 1 Star Review* I went to Norman Dental to have a gap in my teeth closed with veneers. Everything was good initially, they took a picture of my smile and showed me a moc up of what my new smile would look like after adding the veneers. I was happy with what i saw. I originally only wanted 2 but the dentist Charles Norman recommended 4 veneers. I went with his advice and let them proceed.After it was all said and done and the veneers added i was surprised to see that i still had a gap in my teeth and the final results looked nothing like the moc up. I spent a lot of money with this dentist to have my gap closed, something ive been self conscious about all my life, but all i got was a slightly smaller gap.If Dr. Norman had simply admitted that a mistake was made after the end result obviously didnt match what was promised and if he asked for the chance to make it right it would of been fine. The fact that i got excuses and no attempt to fix the problem should be a red flag to anyone thinking of using this dentist.Before letting them work on my teeth i hated my smile. After letting them work on my teeth i was down thousands of dollars and still hated my smile :-(

An old crown installed by another dentist came off over the weekend. I called Monday and they were able to work me. As a bit of the tooth came off with the crown, it could not be cemented back on. However, with the modern scanning equipment they have, they were able to use their computerbased technology to mill a new ceramic crown. It took only 90 minutes from the time I sat down in the the dental chair until I left the office, with a perfect fitting crown.

I have been going to Norman Dental for a couple of years and I am so impressed with Dr. Norman and his staff. I had several teeth pulled and obtained dentures, and the level of care was exceptional. They always greet you by name and seem genuinely glad to see you. Everything that was done was explained in detail, they let me know to call anytime I had questions, and I left feeling as if how I felt truly mattered to them. I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the past and this office has alleviated my fears. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. They are the most courteous, caring and professional team that I have had the pleasure to deal with.

Have been coming to Dr. Norman, and now son, for 15+ years. I have never had dental care that was so thorough, professional and trustworthy. After an almost 4 year break from dental visits due to loss of my insurance, I went back for a check up. While my teeth were still in great shape, according to the dental hygienist if that is the correct title?, she was amazingly thorough in checking, measuring, cleaning, scraping, scoring, etc. Every single tooth was scored for gum condition and god knows what else. Received a cancer screen too. As someone who grew up hating going to the dentist and being an absolute sissy for dental pain, I actually always enjoy my visits to Dr. Normans office. Would NEVER switch to another dentist. And how many people can brag that their dentist served as President of the American Dental Association??? You can if you go to Dr. Norman.

Ive been a patient at Norman Dental for over 5 years now and have come to trust their practice and value their work. They also are very honest. Once they told me that I might need an expensive procedure done but that they wouldnt know until they began work on the tooth. It ended up that I didnt need the costly work and I came out with just a tooth filling, but I realized right then that a less honest dentist could have easily done the more expensive work and I would have been none the wiser. This is just one good experience Ive had in the last five years, and I could tell more. But the bottom line is that at Norman Dental, you will find professional, caring, and honest people. I highly recommend their practice.

I was very dissatisfied by how Norman dental charged me more than double what my last dentist did 6 months ago for the exact services. They are also out of network for ALL insurance companies. A fact I didnt find out until after I received a second bill for my visit.
