Very professional and very up to date on medical equipment. I had a tooth extracted and it was quick and as pain free as possible. My needs were well taken care of. The staff was very tentative to my comfort and made sure i was informed or what they were doing. I recommend them to anyone who is uneasy going to dentist.

The best experience ever from a dentist. They were great with our 6 year old. The ladies in the back were so patient and understanding. They made her feel comfortable. Growing up, I had so many bad and traumatic experiences at the dentist office. I went to Aspen for the first time earlier this year and had to have quite a bit of work done (spread out over a number of appointments) and every single one has been WONDERFUL. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and kind. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Very negative experience here, my bottom set broke within 6 weeks of getting it. Instead of remaking as warranty they required me to pay to replace it. I had made complaints about bone issues in my bottom jaw they finally agreed their oral surgeon needed to fix however by doing another surgery I would have even less bone and my new bottom set can not be worn no matter how much adhesive I use due to lack of bone. NEVER was this mentioned to me could be a possibility and I now need implants to secure my bottom set. This is an additional cost of over $3000 on top of what I have already paid. They do NOT honor their money back guarantee, they do NOT honor that they are upfront no hidden costs. After the regional manager agreed the first broken set should of been covered under warranty they filed a claim on my dental insurance, think most would agree that is insurance fraud. They should either fix my issue their oral surgeon caused or give me every cent back and let a competent dentist fix their work. I have not been able to eat solid food since Feb, there are still bones needing to be removed and I have not been able to wear a bottom denture since Easter when mine broke. I have already called the corporate office and the regional manager without a resolution.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Aspen Dental advertises as being low cost, and that your initial exam and X-rays will be free .... IF you do not have insurance.IF YOU DO --- BEWARE.After spending around 2 hours for X-rays and an examination, I was told that even though all I was going to need would be tooth cleaning during a second visit - the estimated cost of two visits was going to be $929 before insurance, and $241 after insurance.According to my insurance company - the average TOTAL cost of an initial check-up BEFORE insurance benefits is normally between $200 to $300, AND the out-of-pocket cost is substantially less.

Doctor Katie may just need some help but it seemed she didn’t have time to care for patients properly. I was left with a very inexperienced assistant who took multiple attempts to cast a temporary cap that is still quite uncomfortable & is over my gum line with rough edges. If you can’t find the time to do the job right the first time when will you find the time to fix it?

Im new to the area and chose this dental office because of the reviews. The fact that they were current made it better. They were right....my experience was great! Everyone was nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

My experience at the Dentist 7/24/21 today was Awesome I was told what was needed due to my situation and I got 2 teeth pulled today Dentist Katie worked it out in 1min or less I thought she was getting another tool but she was Actually finish lol and ready to move to the next patient, it is now 9:45pm and still no pain

The process wasnt bad I filled out some paperwork they took me to the back did a bunch of x-rays I had just went into get an estimate on partials they tried to upsell me with a bunch of other things they were kind of rude when I said I wasnt interested in that stuff and that I was just there for an estimate on a partial because I have a regular dentist that I already see needless to say once I refused all their add-ons they just took me back into an office with the girl who does the billing she explained all the billing to me what my insurance would pay and gave me a printout and sent me out the door. I would not go back there. It was not a good feeling. I found the whole process to be a huge waste of my time.

This was my first time going to Aspen since I am new to the Greensboro area. However, words cannot explain the service and staff in details. They explain options and finance that will help me with my situation in details that easy to understand and the staff was very courteous, always with a smile which may me feel I was special and they me feel comfortable with the concerns I had.

Great experience today with Jennifer the Hygienist and Dr. Limerick and the young man who assisted him. I had to have a deep cleaning and was not looking forward to being numbed up. Its not the shot its the numbness that hangs around afterward. My concerns were addressed and the shorter acting anesthetic was used and they also worked me in for a filling while I was already numbed up. I go back today for more fillings and to get the other side deep cleaned. After this I hope to stay in the no cavity club!

My experience at Aspen dental was very very very awesome I did not expect to get the service that I got I had tried to go to several dentist offices and they could not work with me as being someone that could not really afford to pay all the money at one time so I was left out it caused me to become very isolated but I was looking at TV and Aspen dental came across the screen and I said Im going to just see what happens and I walked in and they were friendly the lady on the phone was so friendly I thought she worked there but she didnt she was actually the teller service for the weekend crew but the crew itself was very friendly they was warm they were humble and they made me feel better than I did when I walked in the door and now theyre helping me to get my smile back and I thank God that theyre helping me get my smile back I would recommend them to anyone try them and see what happens blessings

Dr. Theodore Limerick at the Greensboro location is AMAZING!! I had 2 extractions and didnt feel anything. Its been 48 hours and still no pain or complications. The procedure was flawless. If you have concerns about having dental work completed you should definitely consider Aspen Dental as your only option. The staff members are welcoming and the office atmosphere is calming. I anticipate future appointments as I work with the Aspen Dental team to complete my treatment plan.

Aspen Dental (Battleground Ave., Greensboro, NC) has a professional yet personable staff. The big plus, I did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. The next day, I had a dental emergency and they were able to schedule me in, with no waiting. Highly recommend!

So far so good. After not having visited a dentist for nearly ten years all the staff were very helpful. I have set up a treatment plan with them and started with having 2 teeth pulled. All went well, if it started to hurt, more novacaine was injected and no more pain. Aftercare was explained thoroughly and in laymans terms. They itemized all the costs and setup a payment plan as I need a lot of work but the prices are very good. I will update my review as I progress through my treatment plan but up to now all very good.

I had a visit today expecting a simple extraction but ended up getting started on my new smile! The people at this office are so freaking nice!My fiance didnt have a pleasant experience but thats to be expected when you dont routinely see a dentist. Shes a brave 👏 woman and we will continue to use this dental clinic for sure! Recommend to anyone!

Pleasant experience nice clean facility

The quality of care for the patient was very good.

The personnel are great. The doctor was great. The office is new and clean as one would hope. The only issue I had was billing. The doctor saw me quickly at first the found a issue and treatment option. Then I had to wait around for over an hour for them to find out what the issuance would pay. Then another 20 minutes before they asked me to pay my share. Then when the billing was all taken care of ( almost 2 hours ) they started to do the actual work. The work they have done so far has been fine. Bottom line here is this. The staff is very good. Just be ready to pay up front and have a long wait to pay . Then youll get the treatment. Dont blame the staff. I think its how Aspen does business.

Friendly staff and good service just disappointed after advising them of my husbands dental coverage and was assured they all participated with the insurance but instead of filing under participating provider that would have covered 100% it was filed under non participating provider costing $150.00 out of pocket. Then was told would contact billing but still not rebilled or resolved

Best place ive been to! I broke a tooth day of root canal after seeing another dentist. I called Aspen dental in tears, crying and in panic mode @2pm. They were super nice and invited me to come after phone call. I had 2 crowns done at same visit. Smiling by 5pm 🤗 The lady that scheduled me, assistant and dentist were super nice and made me feel welcome. No complaints at all.

They got me in into the dental chair quickly. The dentist pulled my teeth in record time, however, my partial was not ready so they asked me to come back in an hour. They still were not ready so I said I would be back, however, they didnt bother to tell me they closed in a half hour. Then they called 5 minutes before they closed, and I was stuck in traffic. It would have been nice had they reminded me they close early on Friday. Now I have to wait til Monday to be able to eat, and I was a bit annoyed that they failed to communicate that they close early.

Amazing visit! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, from trauma as a child. After breaking a tooth while visiting my parents I made an appointment with aspen dental in Greensboro. The not only got me in next day, but were amazing. I felt so comfortable and was treated amazing. I ended up having to have my tooth pulled and it was minimal pain and was quick. The whole staff here is amazing. I currently live in Maryland, but have decided that when i need dental care that I will be driving the five hours to receive it along with visiting my family. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Dr. Hall was very sweet. I was nervous a little seeing that it was my first extraction. Dr. Hall talked with me each step of the way which made me feel so much better. Before you know that rotten tooth was gone!

My first visit was comprehensive. They exactly told me what I was looking for, and provided me a care plan with options. The staff is courteous and attentive to my need.

The people were very friendly, I definitely felt cared for. It was a lovely place. It was just out of my range, financially.

Be prepared to wait a long time at this office. I had an initial visit with x-rays that took 2 1/2 hours. The treatment plan was excessive and wanted to do a lot of crowns. At their costs, I could only afford fillings for cavities. Then to schedule an appointment, you have to pay 60% and the remainder when you get the treatment. Ive never had to pay in advance for fillings, only when I have ordered crowns. Money seems to be the primary motivation at Aspen.

My only problem is that your firm does not accept Health Team Advantage. Otherwise l would say it was five star. The employees were gracious, it was clean, gloves and masks were used for all of our health and the equipment was wiped down after each use. I wish you all continued success.

Dr was was very gentle only issue i had was I came in to get a broken tooth pulled and was very clear about this but no one could give me a direct answer to if the Dr was gonna pull it till after they gave me financial options then all the sudden he could pull it I had pain generating in my temple ungodly so being put off till last minute was not making me happy

I went to see about getting new dentures. I had a set from a different dentist that were ill fitted and I had stopped wearing them. On 3/10/2020 I got my new set and cannot stop smiling. The staff are so nice. Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Aspen Dental in Greensboro NC for making me smile again.

For We people with no Dental Insurance, basic teeth care costs are reasonable. I feel that I wasn’t give appropriate time to numb prior to an extraction when the Dentist gave me that shot. I felt like I was going to come out that chair both times. The insertion areas were still painful for a whole week to the point I had to call my sister to bring me some 800 mg Ibuprofen. This is the only Way I could get some peaceful sleep. Even My left front tooth was too painful to bear and it still hurt to touch this was just a simple extraction and a week after I’m hurting.

Stephanie at the front desk moved things along, Tamara the Dental Assistant was very professional and efficient, Dr. Urrutra was professional as well as pleasant, I feel like she had my best interests at heart and explained my options in a clear concise manner. I was so pleased at how everyone was that came in contact with me. You were very kind and sweet even though i was scared to death. My anxiety was thru the roof. Appointment was made but never mentioned it was only a consultation. Consultation took an hour and 30 minutes which included x-rays..i hope it gets better cause i rescheduled for a cleaning.

An absolute wonderful visit the staff from the moment I checked in to seeing the dentist was nothing but great and they have a lot of compassion for their clients.

When my daughter had a dental emergency her office couldnt see her for nearly a week. Aspen saw her the same day, wrote her prescription, and advised us on what to do next before I ever heard back from our (former) dentist on whether antibiotics could be prescribed. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were cleaned and seemed to be doing everything they can to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

I had a dental emergency and I was so lucky that Aspen got me in so quickly. Dr. Ottey was my dentist and he is kindest and most gentle dentist.

I am writing this on behalf of my mom who does not have social media. She was blown away by the kindness of hygienist Wendy. She gives her 10 stars!! Wendy was kind, gave her some much needed rinse and a toothbrush.

As this was my first visit to Aspen dental and to the dentist in a while ( I have severe dental anxiety) I was impressed at how comfortable I felt. I was not nervous being there and being told about all the things that will need to be done on the next visit! I do think they are a little pricey but aren’t most dentists?

I went in for a introductory new patient visit which included xrays and overall checkup. At the end of the brief visit with the Dentist, I was escorted into the business managers office. After tap tap tap on the keyboard, he prints out an extensive services needed for the next cleaning visit. Now under my insurance plan, a cleaning is free every six months. His itemized list was for $488 of cleaning services and an out of pocket cost of $110. I asked if I can just schedule a basic cleaning and was told No. No other comment or anything. He also said when you call to reschedule, that full payment is due upon schedule. I always get a normal cleaning every six months. Lesson learned - Support your local dentist.........
