I purchased a grill that was missing a drip tray. I spoke to T Jones. She was very friendly and helpful. More information was needed on my end so I emailed this info the following morning. She responded immediately with a follow up call and an email that my item would be shipped and date that my item would be shipped. I was definitely suprised at the ease of solving my problem and that I wont have to be returning my grill. Thanks T Jones.
Very rude! I ordered the wrong part so I called asking for help locating the correct part for my grill. The phone rep was blunt, interruptive and rude when I couldnt provide her with a model number and refused to help me ascertain it. I eventually spoke to the supervisor who was very unsympathetic and annoyed when I asked for a refund for the incorrect part I ordered. He seemed reluctant then agreed to refund my part if I paid for return shipping. What a way to treat a customer who was having an unpleasant experience!

RUDE!!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!! I called today to get life-time replacement burners for my grill. I was on hold for 24 minutes to get a person. She would not do anything without an item number--BUT I HAVE A PART NUMBER from a previous replacement order. I asked to speak to a supervisor, SHE HUNG UP ON ME on the pretenses or transferring.
I had interview, very friendly people
