Maids of Honor does an outstanding job keeping my home clean. They come every two weeks and my house always shines from top to bottom after they have cleaned. They come right in and get to work. They are fast but thorough in their cleaning. I am especially particular and when I have brought something to their attention they always ensure the area meets my expectations. I have used other cleaning service in the past but this one has been the very best.

The work was excellent! The ladies was here with the time giving! Come home and house looks brand new! Everything was dusted from top to bottom! The girls do a great job cleaning our house, and it is easy to communicate with Gene when our schedule needs to be changed. I like the phone call on the day of cleaning to specify the time they will arrive. My team is friendly, hard-working, and willing to listen to any special instructions I may have. We got our first cleaning today from this company and all I can say is I am now a believer in a cleaning service. Tammy & crystal were wonderful and I have never seen my house this clean. Was going to only do monthly but now we are setup for bi-weekly! Highly recommend this company!

Will not use again! Quoted me “200.00 max” ended up charging me $400.00 and said it took longer than they thought. My house is one story and kept very organized. I’ve taken my business else where.

Maids of Honor has been great. We’ve been using the service for 8 years. It’s locally owned, which is great. The owner is flexible when I need to change schedules, the team always texts me when they are on the way, and they are very accommodating when I need something when extra.

DO NOT USE!!! My sister and I hired this company to clean my Mothers house. The charge was reasonable, $80. Then she passed and we hired them again, this time to clean an empty house and were not told a price. Weeks later we were told that there was going to be a $315.00 charge made, for cleaning an empty house!! We asked several times for an invoice and none was provided. We were taken advantage of and were told they were told this all the time. Also, items were taken from the house. DO NOT USE!!!

Maids of Honor has always done a great job for my café and do it at an affordable price.

Not only, was the man kinda rude in a text, after explaining the time that I needed them to be there. But he told me one price and it doubled after they left. I was quoted 80.00 but when they left, I had to pay 166! They were there 1hr 15min, and charged me 15 extra min that was not cleaning time. I have cameras at my house and watched it. I can understand being a little over, but charging someone double is just crazy. Also the 3 girls that came, came at 4 and was rushing through everything to hurry and leave. All me and my wife heard the whole time was about how they needed to leave to pick up kids. It was a rush job and I could tell. I have pics that I will share with anyone that would like to see. I even had to remind them to clean the fans as their were dust and cobwebs still on them. Mirrors were streaked as my wife had to redo and sink fascists had to be redone. I felt that I had to keep going behind them to remind to clean something. I will NOT be going back, and would NOT recommend. There are several more companies out there that are so much cheaper and that will take their time cleaning. Oh, and tried to call the office aka, his cell phone to speak with the owner about it.. guess what, no one answered and the mail box was full. Tried to send a text with no reply.

Never on time! Got charged for a full a cleaning, which was supposed to have been a hour and half, they stay for 1 hour! Didnt finish my house and charged me for the whole rate. I was furious. The owner said he would have to me back, never heard from him yet! 5 months ago!

My name is Gene Leggett, Owner of Maids of Honor,Inc 38 Yrs in service and established in 1976.First Home cleaning service of team cleaning concept in State of North Carolina.We are A+ Accredited with the BBB And a long time Member.The negative comment review under the Jason name is totally false.It was stated when order was placed by Jason. he had a Maid service two weeks ago but his wife stated they never had a service. There was construction cleaning not completed in detail upon our staffs arrival. Jason was moving furniture around while staff were trying to clean. This was not in work agreement.Jason was pleased with the maids work according to our cleaning staff until he received charges which was not $80 but $166, due to his misleading and deceptive comments when he placed his order. He was informed that if he had a service the past two weeks by another company we maybe able to meet the 80$ he had hoped for. As soon as maids left his home he canceled the check and placed the most untrueful negative review, I could ever imagine. He has been ask to bring his negative review down because it is without merit. I offered to discount his charges to move forward but to date has not paid one penny for the hard work these ladies did for him and his family. In his review he stated he paid for service, not true. They each have more than 10yrs experence working for Maids Of Honor Home cleaning services. If Jason was so unhappy with the cleaning staffs preformance he should have stopped them, but after three hours that did not seem the case. I was compelled to write this review in support of my staff and company for those that read the reviews. There is always another side to every story.Item # 2, I see after 5months of service a negative review from a Susan Smith below . Mrs Smith was given an initial service rate. We prorate service if it goes over the time alloted It seems our phone conversation was misunderstood. Also set rates are given for recurring services. We will contact her and confirm the facts to her greviance and attempt to resolve this issue. On some occasions there are three persons and not two if the schedule needs another so to maintane quality service.
