Im not great with names but both the guys in this office made my experience great! They were super friendly and down to earth and very knowledgeable about the program... make sure you go to smart Start for all your interlock needs!!! Great job guys!

Dont use this company!!! Their device fails from breakfast food and you go to pay THEM for making YOU come back so your car dont stall out. And ontop of THAT the DMV thinks you are drinking now

I went o this facility to get my ignition lock installed in April of 2017.As you can imagine, I was stressed and not at all aware of all the ignition lock entailed. The young technician who installed the device was polite, kind,, and respectful. However, the older guy, his name is JEFF GILSOY, was disrespectful, short, impatient, dismissive, impolite, and rude. There is a lot of information to learn and absorb in regards to the operation of this device. This guy rushed thru the information and when I asked questions he acted like I was an idiot. I now go to the Winston-Salem location for my calibrations, where the technicians are polite and respectful.

Terrible service. Very rude. Didn’t want to answer questions. Especially a guy there by the name of Scott Rockenstock ( not sure of spelling) treated me as a second class citizen. Seriously needs to be reeled back in and given a crash course in customer service.
