The manager was amazing. She was super cool, got everything taken care of for me! She answered all my questions and she was super personable! Also I got a great deal on the unit, the rates change daily!

Very clean, spacious, bright, and plenty of cameras. I love the way the storage closet is wide rather than deep. I dont have to pull my things out just to get to something.

Reasonably priced, easy to book online. Clean, dry, well lit and not too scary or creepy at night when we had to drop some stuff off.

Anice Bishop! Who I have become good friends with always took care of me. Her and Brennan were always friendly accommodated me when incidents happened at the storage facility whether I was a little late on paying my bill or my issues within the actual unit humidity, leaks etc. I was always catered to and taken care of! I truly appreciate their efforts!

Im a new customer to Bee Safe, I arrived about 5 minutes after closing, really stressed trying to make it by 6:00. Bee safe storage on Sunshine way in Greensboro NC is by far the best storage facility that Ive used. The premises was very clean. Moving I. The months of July and August was made much easier because of the air conditioned facility. This particular facility also met me with extraordinary accommodations such as an on sight restroom, carts to haul my items, and complementary waters. In addition the desk attendant Malissa was beyond courteous. She ensured that my experience at Beesafe storage way above par, from the tour that she gave me, to making sure that my unit was close to an elevator (since I was moving a piano). Her demeanor and over all personality was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to store items!!!

One employee entered incorrect passcode into computer. Unable to access after hours and as a result had to pay movers over $600 to come back next morning to unload. Kinda careless I would say ... office managers unwilling to offset losses I had due to their employee’s negligence.

I have been with Bee Safe Storage for a little over a year! The staff are super friendly, helpful and professional which is what I value in customer service!!! Dont waste your time looking further. These people are awesome! Note: the phone number on google was wrong but when I called the national number I got an immediate response back from local staff. The facility is spotless and, as an HR professional, I always appreciate superior performance (particularly in customer service). Five (rarely given) stars for exception service.

My first impression of the facility was from the friendly greeting received by the General Manager, Anice Bishop. Second, the facility is relatively new and clean. I reserved a unit to store my furniture and look forward to a good working relationship with Bee Safe Storage.

This was the first time I ever used a storage facility. I had just moved and of course had a million things to do. My rental car was loaded to the max and I had to get it back in an hour. I am so grateful for Anice Bishop at Bee Storage facility. She gets the 5 🌟. She knew I was in a hurry and boy did she multi task!!!!!! And she smiled the whole time !Thanks Anice.
