They guy that came was not helpful at all. He acted like he would be towing my car for free. I didnt know how to take the jack down and he didnt want to assist all. He didnt wanna give me a jump and was charging$100. Only reason I was so upset is because if I was parked somewhere I was supposed to, he would have figured out how to tow my car. Called another tow service and had no issue. Would not recommend this compan

What a day?! I was heading home from a 2 hour trip when I suddenly experienced trouble with my tire and found myself stuck on the side of the highway in one of the busiest locations on 40 West in Greensboro. There was barely any room for me to pull over. I called my insurance company’s roadside service and it was taking them a while to send someone so I finally decided to search for towing companies near me. I found Casey’s Towing. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The price she quoted me was reasonable. She said someone would be there within 30 minutes but it probably wouldn’t take that long. Big Mike called my cell to let me know he was on the way. He was there in about 20 minutes. He was helpful and friendly. When loading my SUV, he even noticed a huge screw in my tire which is most likely the cause of my trouble. He gave me and my car a ride to the service station of my choice and even helped me leave my key in the drop box. Big Mike gave me a receipt so that I could send it to my roadside service for reimbursement. They were wonderful and I will certainly call them again should I run into anymore car issues when I’m in Greensboro. Thank you Casey’s Towing!

They stole my brothers car from in front of his apartment building. The owner NEVER called to have it removed, and they did not follow ANY of the protocols for verification of identify of the vehicle owner prior to ILLEGALLY and UNLAWFULLY removing the vehicle. Needless to say, were in the process of pressing larceny charges.

Im a little late to review and dont remember my drivers name but our car broke down right as my husband was picking me up from surgery last week ... and we were an hour from home. The tow truck was there in no time and got us home safely. The guy was super kind and trusting. He even backed my car into a tight space with speed and perfect accuracy! LOL! I would highly recommend these guys!

Ok you towed the car..clap clap for doing your job. Lets talk about stolen items out my car after being left over a few days, and being rushed to come pick it up days later the same day after asking for their mechanic to look at it for me to see if it could be fixed. Then I find a small print about something being free, and I paid for with the total service... not suggested to have your car there overnight. Local mechanic has sketch people around apparently and allows them to do whatever since they seem to be buddies ... Ill shop Black next time for sure

The driver Zack was outstanding he knew his job because of this experience with this driver. I would recommend this company. This is what customer service is all about. Also, the price for towing is reasonable.

Dispatcher answers phone and provides quote and assures me they had a flatbed available tonight. Guy calls and tells me he is about to come then ask if its AWD. Guy lies and says he cannot tow it,the truck is tied up and the price was not for a flatbed. Very shady company. They were going to try and drag my Mercedes although they quoted and stated they had a flat bed. Do not patronize this company or trust them. Most of the positive reviews are probably by friends and fake profiles.

Never showed up, AAA associated, time kept changing after they were supposed to be here. 3 hours later this horrible company still didnt show up. There are plenty of tow companies, I suggest if you are needing help you call anyone else.

Last night I got my car stucked up on a boulder and one of the tow truck drivers came and helped me out. I didnt get his name, but the tow truck number I saw on the side was #10. Very pleased for him to come help me out.

One of the drivers ran me and one other driver on the highway... Had a van on the flat bed while towin GB a car behind on 15 501. Nice to see they arent very alert to a F350 and minivan..

Flat tire along side interstate 95. Called AAA. 2 hours later a tow truck from this company arrives without any tools to fix the flat. Driver said someone must have taken the tools from his truck. Driver drives off and dispatcher cancels the call. I call the dispatcher and he states it is our fault the driver left because my wife was mean to him. The company is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. Dispatcher said at first he didn’t cancel the order and then later in the same call said he did - shouldn’t be answering customer phone calls.

Carmax sent Caseys towing to pick up my vehicle and bring it to them. I was told they would arrive in about 45 minutes. An hour goes by and I call Caseys for an update and they said it would be another half hour at the earliest. 45 minutes later he shows up and was friendly and we got my vehicle on the truck. The next day I call Carmax to make sure it got there okay and proceed to tell me the guy had dropped it off in the middle of the lot, windows down, and they had to spend all morning trying to figure out whos car it was. This was a terrible experience after already having our family vehicle die on us.

Needed a copy of a receipt showing I paid out of pocket for insurance purposes, but since they already been paid no need to assist the customer. Never received that copy and the lady in office kept the bs lines rolling

Sadly I had to go to remove the license plate from my car which was totally lost in an accident. I also had to get some belongings out of my car. The person who attended me was always very kind, lending me a screwdriver and giving me all the confidence to go to the lot and do everything I had to do. By the way, when my car was taken by the tow truck, the tow truck driver was very kind and gave me his business card, to know where to go for my belongings. Very professional and friendly people.
