My husband and I were stranded on the side of a busy street and Tessa, the tow truck driver responded very quickly to our call. We needed to have our truck towed from a dangerous area (merge lane from another busy street). She was very competent, kind and kept us safe while she hooked up our disabled truck to her towing truck. Clarence (Dispatcher) and Tessa (Driver) were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. My husbands car overheated at a local restaurant and they were able to quickly come out and tow his car to our mechanic. We greatly appreciated their help and making an unexpected predicament easy to deal with.

My truck got rear ended and it wouldn’t start. Tessa came out and checked everything, and we couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t crank. She then realized the fuel line cutoff safety must’ve been triggered and quickly got under the panel and fixed it in no time and got me back on the road. She was fantastic!

Bobbys Towing was great... My alternator suddenly went out in Archdale on a Saturday and I figured my Saturday would be shot waiting around for a tow to get out there... but not the case. The dispatcher said he would have a guy out there in 20-25 minutes and to my surprise he was there unbelievably quick. The individual who came out was definitely a top-notch professional. He had it hooked up...tied down... secured and ready to roll within minutes. We got to my destination where I wanted it unloaded guickly and again he was an absolute professional and an extremely nice guy throughout the process. My vehicle is important to me and my concern was I didnt want my vehicle to get scratched or damaged in any way...so it was well worth the $175. to have Bobbys Towing come out to Archdale on a Saturday. I called to have a vehicle towed. Spoke to Clarence and he stated to call him back in 30 mins because he needed to talk with his manager.Called him back within that timeframe and he turned his phone off. Then the homeowner called and it was told to him that they didn’t have any room for cars. Please enlightened me and tell me what that means. These folks are a joke and very unprofessional. It’s in disbelief that they are contracted to do the job and they aren’t really doing their job. I vote we remove them from our condo division and get a towing company that’s is readily and available and as well who has ample space.

Bobbys Friendly Towing was exactly that. We were delivered home at 8:37pm, this will be an important fact. I called 247 Tow Truck and got an answering service where I left a message for a call back. After I hung up I called Bobbys Friendly Towing. Spoke with a guy and he was able to dispatch someone and stated it would be 30 minutes. It is now 9:38pm and I still have not heard back from the other towing company. I know the other towing company was 24/7 service, I am hoping they are not waiting to call me back on the 24th hour on the 7th day.I didnt have to wait long as Tony (rescuer) was there in 13 minutes. I cant express the care and professionalism that was being displayed. Tow truck drivers get a bad wrap because some are given low expectations because of their field of work and some slump well below the bar. Tony was above and beyond that. He was friendly, professional, and extremely courteous. He treated my car like he was towing his own car. He carried a great conversation on the way back to my house. He was on the job until the job was 100% completed.If you are using another towing company, you are missing out. Any jack wagon with a lift or flatbed can transport a car. But, to get your car delivered with that certainty like strapping that car seat in, bringing home that new born baby feeling. Bobbys Friendly Towing is the right call.Tony keep up the great work and I hope that you were finally able to sit down and enjoy your meal.

They have two guys that are good and quick and careful with service, Cedric and Dante. These guys always made me a priority even when the office said it would be a couple of hours till they got to me...if at all; these guys took care of my needs. I think Cedric is still there but Dante left, if it wasnt for these two guys, not sure if Id use Bobbys. They sent another guy once or twice, he was as slow as molasses in the winter time.

My tow drivers name was Adam he was awesome he made my experience painless and comfortable. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I cant believe he has only been towing for a short time. The service that I received was excellent. For starters, they ensured that my car was taken care of without a scratch. They even sent another truck out because my Cadillac was too low for the first tow truck. Also, the service was friendly and personable. The first guy that came was very knowledgeable and prompt. TESSA, in the second tow truck WAS GREAT !! I can tell that she truly enjoys her job and about people. She was knowledgeable as well and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend her and the company. Lastly, the service I received was quick and not too expensive.

Car decided to completely die while I was driving downtown. I knew I needed to get the car towed home but didn’t know which company to trust. Called Bobby’s Friendly towing and they sent a truck in less than 20 minutes. Keep in mind my car is on coilovers so it’s fairly low to the ground. Tessa got it on the bed with no problem! While unloading the car she went out of her way to put 2x4’s at the end of the bed so my exhaust wouldn’t scrape! She was truly amazing and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs towing.

I called several towing services based in Greensboro on a Sunday morning and Bobbys was the only one that answered with a live person versus a recording. Very friendly! Prices are great! A lot of other places I called first tried to tax me for every little thing. I had a flat tire while at work. Friendlys picked up my car and dropped it off at the tire place in what couldnt have been more than 45 minutes. Kristina was the driver and she was very helpful and all smiles! Needed car repairs and couldnt get drive my car to get them done. I did my research and found that Bobbys was the best rates for towing, and also the best priced. After I called I had the truck at my car in about 15 minutes, which to me sounds reasonable. The drivers name was Tessa, and she was great! 5 stars isn’t adequate for the high level of service and care provided by Bob’s Friendly Towing. When I was told my vehicle was towed without prior warning by my condo so they could trim trees while I was out of town I was beside myself upset. The condo was unreasonable in helping me to overcome their error. I found out that my car had been towed by Bob’s Friendly Towing, which I immediately assume is a misnomer and that “friendly” towing will provide me with my fill of irony. However when I called, already distraught, I was received by employees that really wanted to understand my situation. When they couldn’t personally resolve the issue, Jean was brought in. Jean took an unreasonable amount of time to talk through my situation and walk me through how to recover my vehicle. The amount of compassion for the error I was suffering was far beyond any expectation- my car at this time had been on their lot for over a week, they had labored to tow my car and used proper equipment to cause as little damage as possible, and now they were trying to find a way to return my vehicle back to my parking spot before I returned to NC. The error that caused my car to be towed had nothing to do with Bob’s Towing, they had done their job, but they not only waved the fees accrued from the hold time, but returned my car for free and ensured that the original fee was paid by my condo. I still am in shock at the level of kindness and compassion. I can only hope the kindness you shared with me is multiplied in its return to you.

Broke down today traveling through Greensboro. Called Bobby’s to have car transported to the repair shop. Truck arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I had to have my Ford F-450 towed recently. It was towed from Lexington to High Point. The price was OUTRAGEOUS!!! I was charged $354 for 37 miles to tow. I was floored. Please be cautious when using this towing company as you may be gouged once you get the bill.

If I could describe this company in five words they would be Professional, Experienced, Committed, Caring and Fast ! Was in town for business, with home being states away as I on my way to the meeting that brought me here when unexpectedly having a flat tire on the highway of all places! The young lady that is in the office was so nice and understanding as I am not familiar with the city and didnt know where I was exactly.
