Was doing a serious inquiry and this is his reply. I don’t claim to be a mechanic and was so surprised of his response. I would never do business with this company. Be wary!!!

WARNING: FAKE MECHANIC! DO NOT USE MARK’S MOBILE MECHANIC! Every time I have had my daughters car fixed by him worse problems come up immediately after. When I told him he completely ignored my texts and calls. STAY AWAY HE WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE!

Mark’s a great guy! He arrived on time to look at two of my vehicles and was able to tell me what was wrong with both. Mark went and picked up the parts needed and returned in a timely fashion to complete the job. I’ll definitely use his services again. I must say you can’t expect the guy to wave a magic wand over what someone else already messed up.

I had Mark come out and change my fuel pump, he did a great job, and was very patient! He even looked at a few other things for me to see if there were any other problems with my car. Stayed longer to make sure my car was doing what it needed to do after he fixed it. I highly recommend this mobile mechanic!

Every time I get my car repaired by him I get just find more problems. Do NOT trust this man to perform any work on your car. Didn’t bother to reply when I told him my car wasn’t working right after the repair he did. Obviously doesn’t care about his reputation. There is a reason he has such low reviews.

I want to say first off that Mark is a great guy! I had transmission leak, and I was unsure of the cause or source. I found Mark online and gave him a ring. He answered right away, and was polite and professional. Seeing as how I did not know the exact issue, he offered to drive out to my place outside of town and take a look. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose the issue as a broken hose fitting in the trans coolant line. I did not have a vehicle, since my truck was down, so he gave me a ride to two different parts stores until we found the parts we needed. He ended up taking me to the parts store AGAIN because we needed more fluid. Mark never complained and stayed at it until the job was done. There are a lot of guys out there, but I would recommend you save your time and money and just call Mark!

He was very unprofessional he charged my 150 dollars for nothing had me go get a 250 part that come to find out I needed it but he said I didn’t cause he didn’t put it in right then broke the new one and had to go get another one much higher because he broke the new one he don’t know what he’s doing I suggest no one use him at all he will mess your car up I took it to a different mechanic and he said who been fixing on your car cause they messed it up

This Gentleman went over 2 hours out of his way and out of his normal area to help get my van up and going. Im from Alabama and was absolutely stranded with quotes of $1800 for a tow HALF WAY back home. This gentleman was professional, timely, and made a SECOND trip the very next day to help me when I couldnt find anyone else to call me back, much less help me. Great gentleman and awesome mechanic. I would deffinelty recommend him to anyone!

This guy comes to fix my fuel pump he leaves i go get gas its leaking everywhere i call him he gives me run around then wont pick up phone all i wanted was what i paid him for. Then he have the nerve to cus me out smh. Buyer Beware.

Did my fuel pump today on my 99 F150, heknew what was wrong and got straight to work. Great guy, very professional and honest. He has my business now 😃Great job Mark!

This mechanic hung up in my face after 10 seconds on the phone. Then proceeded to call and harass me with your mama jokes like he’s 13 years old. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

Bad customer service. Ive requested his services twice. He has lied and said that he would come and service on TWO seperate occasions. Very unprofessional. I dont like liars.

Contacted this gentleman about some mobile auto work and the gentleman hunged the phone up on me twice. He was extremely negatively sarcastic and rude. Completely unprofessional I am very glad he behaved this way because I would never want someone behaving that way working on any of my vehicles or motorcycles. I hope this review helps some people make the right decision not to use this gentleman.

Hes very rude and unprofessional got a text stream where hes laughing cause my car broke down again and hes not going to fix it he looked at it twice but couldnt fix the last problem now he calling me the never fall though guy,I dont why he mad he couldnt get the job done but I dont recommend this guy

I never write reviews, but whatever you do, dont use this guy. I wanted him to replace a heater core. He told me that he would have to look on You Tube to see how to install it. As a result, I decided not to go with him. Instead of moving on, 2 days later, he sent me vulgar text messages and was combative about me wasting his time when I didnt want a YOUTUBE mechanic. I rarely give feedback, but I thought this was worth the warning. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay Away.

If I could give him a 0!!! This man took 2 days on my car ! To do a alternator ! And I was very patient! Which is only a 2 or 3 hour job! He didnt connect my radiator back on all the way ! That overheated my engine ! Ii called and called!!!! He blocked me from his number ! No shop for me to come all because he wouldnt answer! Never met this guy ! Im just disappointed that I paid him and my car is in worser condition !!!! Didnt screw my radiator cap back on tight when my hood was lifted after smoking I see were the hose was not connected all the way ! Only thing i can say good is he kept me updated after leaving twice withing 2 days of working on my car that only required 3 hours max ! And he was polite!
