Service at this dealer was no where near up to par. I dropped my car off for service and inspection. The service writer never called the 4 days my car was sitting there to give any up dates. When I called to speak with my service writer O had to keep calling back as nonne was available for me to speak with. We spoke about the inspection in dept and I was reassured that the vost of the vehicle inspection would go toward repair cost of the issue was. Well when I had the chance to finally speak with Shon, I was informed that the inspection cost would only be applied to $7,0000.00 part as that was the only way to absorb the diagnostic inspection. First and last time visiting this service center!!!!!!

Started a car search on Saturday online and found one I was interested in at Modern Infinite. I didnt have the opportunity to see it before they closed but I put in an inquiry and was told it was still available and the price. Sent an email on Monday morning letting them know I was interested and a time I could see it. Mario Ruelas set me up with an appointment and when I came in the car was up front for me and ready to go for a test drive. The car was perfect for me so we got the process started and I left out of there with a new to me vehicle. I was given a fair price for my trade and everything was hassle free. Customer service was great and I am happy to be Marios 3rd sell customer. I recommend checking them out if youre in the market for a car in Greensboro!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased here. I have no problem driving from Raleigh to Greensboro for the excellent treatment that I received with both purchases. Tim Clay, my salesman was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make me comfortable without any of the pressure that you get with some dealerships. I’m sure when I am ready I will be returning for my third purchase here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Worst servers ever went there 9 am got out 5pm took 8 hours and nothing had done to my g37 i bought a after market bumper they told me its not fit thats fine and they just took my old bumper out and threw it away without asking me yes it was broken a bit but i didnt wanna drive around with no bumper however all they had done was put on a small part on my left side of the engine that was missing and cost me 659 and 8 hours of waiting time and told me the labor fee was 472 i even went back there to see my car is ready or not no one was around,just wasting time anyway lesson learned .

I went for an oil change. They tried to sell me an incabin filter for over 200.00. Said it was very dirty. What they didnt know is I changed that filter the day before. I change them regularly. Now I cant trust anything they said. Im looking for a new infinity dealer.

Still no help even after trying to contact the dealership! I even gave them an several opportunities to make this right but yet when I call, I am always told that someone will reach back out to me but that never happens. Many would think that if this company or any company wanted to make something right for you then the Manager, GM or owner would make sure that any issue is handled properly and efficiently by reaching out to you themselves but Im sure that would NOT EVER happen. I am not impressed with anything and I can only wonder if management will take it upon themselves or will this be sweep under the rug with my calls!! Until then I will stand by my words.

Just bought a slightly used Mini Cooper Countryman from Modern. These people are awesome! They were easy to deal with, more than fair on their pricing, delivered the car to Raleigh with no problems. I can’t say enough good things about Alexis. She worked sooo hard on my behalf to get me the best possible deal. If you have the need for a vehicle, please call Modern and ask for Alexis. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service advisors (Jonathan and Shon) I had contact with, the service manager (Ricky), and the technicians (Adam, Ivan, Tyler) that were involved in my warranty repairs. Simple explanations of issues diagnosed, and procedures needed to make repairs for said diagnosis. These guys communicate better than any other Infiniti dealer I’ve been to, and better than any brand of dealer within 2 city blocks. My part for my repair was on backorder, so there was a wait which I was communicated with well on, and all expectations were met flawlessly. These guys stay in contact well, explain things well, provide you with premier/upscale customer service expectant of the Infiniti brand. Was furnished a great, clean loaner vehicle for my wait time on my parts to arrive for repairs. I specifically will do business with this dealership and these groups of guys for as long as I own any Infiniti product. Couldn’t be happier.

I came here to buy a car. Drove an hour twice back and forth for this dealership. At first the service was good. The car I wanted, they just got in and so it had to be serviced on. They did detail the car but that is a given. They told me they would fix what needs to be fixed on the car. I was going to come back tomorrow and purchase this car. I was told car would be ready and fixed. They instead sold it to another customer out of the blue only because they decided to take the easy way out. They did not want to take the time to fix the car to a car buyers needs. Dealership worried about the money versus customers satisfaction.

That being said none of that was going on here. This was the single best car buying experience of my life. Alexis Worsley, Mark, Taimor, (sorry if I screwed that up brother) and Anthony all make a great team. Alexis picked me up at the airport and the team got me back on the road to Knoxville TN in just over an hour. Very smooth no high pressure to buy extra stuff just a straight deal. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They constantly would not respond to my emails, etc. Finally I got someone respond to the price of the vehicle. They reticently sent me the total cost without sales taxes and it was more than $4,000 above the advertised price. I have bought many, many cars over the internet and this company was poor to respond and when they finally did, they inflated the price. I bought a much better car at a lower price from another dealership. They need to be forthright and timely.

If I could rate the service guys 10 stars, I would. I purchased a pre-owned infiniti from a 3rd party and ended up having a pretty signifcant issue (transmission) with the vehicle 30 days later. I unfortunately got a lot of push back from the 3rd party dealer but the guys at infiniti service took it into their own hands and made it right. I purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle again through a 3rd party and again had issues with communicating with them but once more, infiniti of Greensboro made it right.They 100% communicated with me every step of the way, gave me a loaner vehicle to drive during the time my vehicle was being serviced, and were 100% professional in all aspects. The service guy that helped out with my particular issue is Jonathan and would recommend infiniti service and Jonathan to any customer!Infiniti service and Jonathan was kind enough to print out the history of any repairs that had been done on my vehicle in the past and went above and beyond in my opinion. I will forever be an infiniti and infiniti service customer...even for minor repairs/service.Thank you guys for all of your efforts in making this a seamless experience. I just purchased a new car from Modern Infiniti and it was a great experience. No one likes buying cars but these guys made the process very enjoyable. I started by emailing the dealership to describe the car I wanted. Rob (the Manager) immediately responded and Alex (the Internet Sales guy) responded as well. We worked through the details of the transaction by email and it was a seamless process. They were quick to respond to my questions and, overall, I was really surprised at how easy the process went. They were not pushy, they were fair on pricing and Rob even offered to drive the car to me in Charlotte rather than have me travel to the dealership. That was impressive. With such a big purchase, I was more comfortable driving to Greensboro to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. David was my sales guy and he was awesome. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and they were very fair on my trade-in. All in all, it was a great process. If you are looking to purchase an Infiniti, this place is the real deal.

I do not recommend this place to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. I am not sure what the manager name was either Grant or Gary. Me and my husband felt like he was forcing us to buy the vehicle when we clearly mentioned we weren’t ready to purchase same day. He was very disrespectful and rude to us for no apparent reason. What made it even worse the sales person we got didn’t know one thing about the vehicle we came on.

Buyer beware! Found a problem with a used vehicle during a test drive. They seemed very proactive in looking at the problem and said they would call me back after they looked at it. No call back. I guess this should have been my first warning. When I called them back a couple days after they said the car would be looked at and fixed, they just hadnt been given an update yet? Finally, after another call, was told it was better but not totally fixed. Ooook. Appreciated the honestly I guess. Went for another test drive and found a second problem. Same story. Very concerned, no problem to get it fixed, Sales Manager came out and said they had no idea, didnt know about the problem, but would get if fixed and call me back. Sales Manager really should have talked to the sales guy that was helping me and the mechanic that I had just talked to about the first problem! Both had just said that they had the same problem when they drove the car. The mechanic found the second issues with the automobiles key/ignition and brought it to the attention of the Service Manager. Instead of addressing the problem, I guess they decided it was a better option to try and slide that past the next buyer? Well, needless to say, I again didnt get a call back and now see the car has sold. Sorry to that buyer, as they clearly didnt get to read this review before heading out to Modern Infiniti of Greensboro.

Where else will a friend loan you their brand new car for the day - service your car at the rate of a discount oil change shop - and wash, wax and detail your car as a bonus?Mike, Mitch and Adam (mechanic) and the rest of the staff at Modern are really amazing folks. Courteous, helpful and willing too talk to you in detail about your car. Mike and Mitch in the service department have always looked out for my best interest and the best interest of my vehicle. They go the extra mile every time to be sure you are happy and absolutely earn your trust. That is exceptionally rare for repair and service shop of any kind!I love my G35! It still makes me happy every time I drive it. Even 11 years and 130k miles down the road it drives like the day we drove it off the lot. A huge part of that is due to these guys. Literally took about 30 minutes to complete everything and be on the road in my new G37x. The car itself was as great as the dealership. Drove home in a heavy downpour and the drive was amazing, very happy with my first Infiniti purchase.
