State Farm has been very attentive, helpful and accommodating to my household during our two year relationship. We had a rough start but the agent listened to my concerns and issues and resolved the problem(s). I absolutely love Sara she keeps me informed of changes throughout the policy. Tyrone is the best he works hard always on it.I am all over the place with jobs and kids and I am not good with keeping up with things but Tyrone keeps me on my toe and I am tell you he the best. My agent Julieann quoted me a rate of 89 per month in July, in the 3rd month (Oct) my bill was increased to 132 per month. I asked her what was going on, she told me my new premium is increased to 110 per month and I should have been paying this amount from the first month, so she said I owed 64 dollar and from previous months and I need to pay back by 3 months which 21 per month so now my bill is 110+21 per month. You gave me a good quote and our contract is not even 6 months yet, you increased the rate and when I ask you to fix it, you told me there is nothing you can do? If there are nothing you can do, why you tried to get business from people at the first place? Is this a scam or what? This is the worst insurance experience I have ever had.

I wouldnt recommend they never respond back to you in a timely manner. Takes weeks for a response to answer a simple question and when you call the 1800 number they always refer right back to your agent which i think is ridiculous! If it wasnt for the low rates i would of left state farm already but will be changing agents definitely.

I learned that I needed but didnt have liability insurance before the foreigb parent company got on my case. I did some shopping on time. The Betty Boop type girl with the accent got me liability insurance for almost half the price I found online and helped me dodge a major bullet!
