We were supposed to have business insurance active through this company. Got a check, for half my money back and a cancellation notice in the mail. Called to find out why and was given one reason then told another and that it was our fault for not sending in a document. Upon further checking emails that were poorly labeled to let us know it was from the insurance company, the last email recieved had a link that was voided by the sender. Trying to explain this to Libby, she didnt want to accept responsibility for the companies mishap, also said we financed the rate, but paid in full! All of the docusign documents that could be opened were completed! I just want a full refund of my money, since I was NOT covered per Libbys original statement, that she denied when I mentioned they only sent a partial refund. YOU DID NOT TRY TO CONTACT US. I SENT OVER WHAT WAS SENT TO US!! LIARS AND THIEVES IS WHAT YALL ARE!!

We have all our policies with them, Auto, Home and Life Insurance. Whenever I had to file a claim hassle free!
