They help people who have traffic offenses and work with them.They helped one of my family members.They are extremely friendly and helpful.The one on Gate City is a great place to go.They really try to help you.Kevin and the young lady that works there are so so nice and make you feel comfortable in the process!!!I recommend them to anyone!!!!

Terrible service to our customer! We dealt with a person named Scott. He gave our customer the run around getting his information. We only needed his policy number. He wanted proof of the sale and all this information insurance companies NEVER ask for. And we deal with many different insurance companies on a daily basis. We called the other location and Rasheeda gave us his policy number with no problems at all..

I have had Hix Insurance for awhile now I once left Hix Insurance and came back because I love the relationship I have with the people who work there Kevin is amazing and remembered me! they are very personable and everyone whom I have came in contact with at Hix is with me every step of the way when I was in a accident they were concerned and handled my ordeal situation in such a timely manner Hix really is the best I HIGHLY!! recommend Hix not to mention their rates are amazing!

The representatives they have now are somewhat argumentative. I called for a quote on a vehicle that I wanted to add to my policy on a Saturday, and I was happy with the quote. I called 10 days later only to get shot down saying the couldnt give me a quote until I added the new policy! Why add a policy and pay for it just for a quote? Made no sense to me.

The best person on earth works here and she is truly the nicest person i have ever met in my life she really knows her stuff i recommend going here for your car insurance needs.
