Mr. Farris was polite and professional and seemed very knowledgeable. We have a somewhat complicated set up with our auto insurance because 2 of our adult children are on our policy. Mr. Farris was able to work out a great deal for us. It took him a little time. Seems like a very busy company. But the wait wasn’t overly long and again, we had a complicated situation. I highly recommend them.
