As a new resident of Greensboro I wanted to be sure that I selected a reputable insurance company for my home coverage. Now that I am a customer of Costas, I completely understand why. In all of my years of home ownership in Virginia, I have never had an insurance group as helpful and insightful as Costas. After being with the group for 1 year, the parent insurance company increased my home owners premium for no reason. Not only did my agent immediately notify me of the cost increase, he quickly went to work to find me outstanding home coverage with a premium that was in line with my original cost. Im currently speaking with Costas Insurance for some new properties in W-S. Its incredible that in just a 2 weeks of working with them, Ive learned more about how insurance works then in the last 20 years combined.Chris is straight to the point and also very good at breaking some of the more complex items down so that you can understand what youre buying (something that doesnt seem to be standard in this industry).Pricing is competitive and response times are very good. Finally, I know this group has a good reputation because my parents have been going to them for many years, and they dont settle for anything but the best.Highly recommended!
