Switched to this service center and have not regretted it. Prompt service acceptable pricing. Service work diagnosed and addressed issues with my vehicle. Have recommended this particular location to multiple friends who have also received good service here.

Made an appointment to have a new exhaust installed and 4 new tires. Called and asked for them to also install new battery. Want $50 to install battery. Was told battery is more complicated to install and it would take an hour. $1500 in above mentioned work and $50 for battery install? I removed battery, took it home to charge, brought it back to car, installed it all in less than an hour. I just started going back to this location because of shady madness the last time. I am not having them do any of the work now. When I spoke to manager he said, you can bring it back and we can install it for $15. I have since replaced battery from elsewhere. Disappointed.

Scheduled to get my tire that got a screw in it replaced at 4pm, came in at 330pm, and they took care of me right away. The only place I go for all my cars tires. Great prices, tires, and service. Easy to schedule over the phone, and they ordered, and got my tire in to put it on my car the same day.

I was skeptical about going to another Firestone due to negative experiences in the past but this location took great care of me and my car. I spoke with Bryan and he was very quick with getting me in and out of there and went out of his way to ensure that I was receiving the best price possible for my tires. Will definitely be back here for all of my future car repair needs.

I ran over some object and heard a light air leak, I inspected and saw a large puncture, this Firestone was in the area, so i decided to go to this location before it was completely flat. They took great care of me and my vehicle. I had no appointment, and I had a tire losing air rapidly, service advisor Shadee got my vehicle in as soon as he could, they inspected the puncture and explained my repair/tire choices. Replaced my flat/damaged tire and got me on the road in under an hour. Great customer service.

Had an issue with my back right tire losing pressure constantly. Dropped my car off with them via curbside. I had my car back in running condition within 2 hours. It didnt cost me an arm and a leg either. Very good. Would recommend.

Im always skeptical about buying tires for some reason but going here was actually relieving. I got exactly what I had asked for. I was informed of a bad battery which I knew was going, and for practically the price of a new battery they offered to install a brand new one which was very nice.

I have been dealing with these guys for a couple years now and have become my go to spot for car repairs. They may not be the cheapest but I think they are honest and there are a few times where I have went in for minor things and they haven’t charged me at all. They are always super friendly and helpful.

I dropped my truck off here two weeks to get my brake lines replaced, not only did no one call me to keep me updated on the status but two days ago I tried calling two hours before they closed, and no answer. The following day I finally got a hold of someone and was informed they were still waiting on a part. Today I was called to pick up my vehicle only to find out that if I would have driven off the lot my life and someone elses could have been at risk. After pulling my vehicle back in, doing a quick inspection underneath, that employee told me he could not let me drive my vehicle. I am beyond disappointed with the service from what I thought was a reputable company @Firestone

Took my car here for a tire repair was informed that it was a rim leak which made sense then I was told that one of my two direcional tires was installed the opposite way which I dont recall due to me being present there at the time opon installation. I am a mechanic myself reason why I took my car here to get worked on was because I did not have the resources nor time at the moment to do the tire reapir myself so I figured since I did hear good stuff about firestone from the past I would take my car here however I was not told that my tires were going to be rotated so the tires with the most tread life were going to be up on the drive axle even if it was an act of courtesy or rule that firestone follows whenever a car comes in for a tire repair I wasnt at all aware nor informed till I brought it up to the service advisors attention. I blame myself for not paying closer attention to my tires at the moment of the drop off if you guys come here make sure you either take pictures of your tires positions especially if you have direcional ones was or else you will have to pay the price of another tire repair, dont like questioning a good rep of a professional business other than that friendly service

We needed to have some tires replaced on the front of an older vehicle. Since we already purchased the tires from an online retailer this service center readily agreed to mount, and balance the tires without any issue. The service was quick and professionally completed. Will definitely return for other work and can recommend this service center to anyone looking for professional vehicle care with a courteous and easy to work with staff.

Great service, went in for tires and with the free inspection performed my vehicle needed an alignment. They did the alignment right on the spot same day. Good service will come back again.

Had new front rotors put on within the last year so they were under warranty. I was getting a little steering wheel shaking with braking and took it in for a look see. Jack changed out the rotors with an upgrade brand / better quality rotor at no charge and I have a new 1 year warranty on those rotors and lifetime on the pads which were also changed out. He also shared with me an upcoming sale so I will be getting new tires for my other vehicle. I love the Bridgestone Dueler tires.

While the guys working there are nice enough, they seem to always find a way to NOT repair things for me? Each and every time I stop, everything is an up charge? Cant do this without that? Cant fix it, but will sell you a new one? Ill take my business elsewhere thank you.

I had an issue with my exhaust 2-3 weeks after it was replaced. The manager refunded me what I paid for the fix and added more into that total as well. I was so pleased with the customer service that I will return, even though I don’t live in town. Excellent customer service that will bring me back.

I had a terrible time trying to get work done for my car here. I called a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for replacement of brake pads and rotors in front and rear. I was given a quote of $680 for both plus fees and tax. I called on a Friday to make an appointment to get my brake pads and rotors replaced (front and rear) and was given a different quote for the same vehicle: $860. I was going to bite the bullet and pay regardless for safety reasons. I showed up to my appointment an hour early to drop off my vehicle and was told there was no appointment. I was also told that I should have a full inspection done first. Maybe I’m naive but I didn’t realize this would cost me $22 until I was paying for it. I figured what’s another $20 when I’m spending over $800. I got a call later that night with a third quote: it would cost $1322 for the job to be done! When I asked why the price was so different I was told that the first quote was for my front brakes only. When I told him he was wrong, he then changed his story and said the quote was actually for standard service, not lifetime service. I told him I wasn’t spending that much and I didn’t want lifetime service. I very specifically told the guy that I wanted standard service done on my front brakes only and that I would deal with the rear brakes on my own. I picked up my vehicle and was asked to pay $981 for my front brakes. They did the lifetime service despite being explicitly told not to.I honestly feel like this place is trying to rip people off. I can’t judge the quality of work, but when it comes to honesty and decency, this place isn’t up to par. I should have just gone to my dealership.

Went there to order tires and set up an appointment, so well see how it goes. More will follow after the appointment. Had 4 new tires put on my CUV a week later one of the valve stems started leaking, brought it in to change the valve stem it was covered under the road hazard warranty.

Twice Ive tried to schedule an appointment and theyve said it didnt show up on their system, so my appointment never got confirmed. But of course you can just call and schedule. My car is always running great after a visit here!

Went to Greenfield Wisconsin location. For 4 tires for my truck. $700 buck is a lot of money, Gave the go ahead. Okny to get a call that they can not find my tire lock key. This is a 2000 Silverado 2500. All the years and places I have taken it to rotate tires never had a problem. But they were going to charge EXTRA to get them off.. No way brother.. This is a tire store.. this is what they do.. never again!!

Creating the appointment online was easy, the staff was friendly and the estimate for tire change and front-end alignment was accurate. I waited for the work to be done and they had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. The free tire rotations every 5000 miles with tire purchase is a great value.

Wow!!! The professionalism and honesty were top notch, Clayton the service manager and Logan the tire manager, were like peanut butter and jelly they work so good together. I took my car to five different places and was misdiagnosed over quoted on prices i was starting to get very angry. Called Firestone they got me in right away took care of my car, made me very happy!!! I would recommend this place to anybody. This is where I will bring all my business from now on.

Love this place for taking care of my older vehicle. Service is always prompt and the repair work done has always been done correct. They do a good job of pointing out other issues they see with your car without being pushy about fixing it. I have also had great experience coming in with emergencies and being taken care of in a timely manner despite the fact I am there unscheduled. This has been a great find for my car care needs.

I came in, I got my tire replaced, so that’s why it’s not a 1 star, however, the left the interior of my car dirty, and didn’t put the spare back in correctly, just small things that a little attention to detail would make the experience that much better, for the price they charge, you would expect a premium experience, instead you get people cutting corners and taking short cuts. Just a disappointment.

I was a long-time customer of this Firestone shop. As a matter of fact, I had been a customer for four years+ and have taken four different vehicles to them.On the week of August 27th, I stopped by the shop to ask about routine service and a possible service date. The service included wheel-balancing and a break inspection. As an over-committed individual, I was not able tomake the appointment while there so I mentioned that I would book online on the next day, for later in the week, once I could review my schedule. It was suggested that I call to make the appointment instead.Next day, I call to make the appointment for Friday, 8/31 5:30pm (closes at 7pm). All still routine at this point.Friday, I arrive fifteen minutes early for the appointment. It took some time for anyone to acknowledge me, but that was understandable. A service clerk, whom I have never interacted with, approaches me and asks for information. For some reason, he/Firestone wanted me to drop off my vehicle off for service on Saturday. I indicated to him that I made the appointment and it was booked as a customer-waiting appointment.The clerk then turns around and points to the garage and tells me, Can’t you see how busy we are? We cannot not service your vehicle today, it would have to be left overnight, for service on Saturday. This began verbal exchanges between the clerk and I as we tried to clarify the situation, with other customers in the waiting area. As a more experienced clerk approached, he maintained his stance and threw blameon me for allegedly misunderstanding the appointment which I booked.Besides being a long-time customer, I am also a Gold Card Member; so, I understand the booking process. It seems to me that whomever booked my appointment may have mishandled my appointment which triggered the bad experience. Second, the overwhelmed clerk may have been having a bad day and needs retraining.All in all, they have lost a customer in me and made themselves look bad in front of waiting customers as well. So, my rating is based on experiences I have had with the shop over the years, not this single event. Either way, there is no point to continue to take vehicles there.

Patrick is the real deal!Late Saturday afternoon my cars rear drivers side tire went flat from a nail. It was 1 hr before close and I called Firestone on 76th for help. Friendly Patrick answered and listened to my situation. I was traveling from Indianapolis with my wife and 6mo old baby and couldnt travel home that night on my spare. Although Firestone couldnt accommodate me that night, they closed at 6pm and had four vehicles to close up before shift ended, he suggested for me to drop it off and they would get to it first thing in the morning. Fast forward to Sunday at 9:30am, 30 minutes after opening, Friendly Patrick called me and had my tire fixed and ready to be placed back on my car. I was out of there by 10 and for a very fair price. Thank you very much Patrick for your excellent service and going beyond your responsibilities to ensure that I could travel home safely and timely. 100% recommend working with Patrick for any of your tire needs!

Went in to get a flat tire repaired and because it had 2 nails in it and 1 previous repairs they wouldnt repair it and said it needed to be replaced. Even though the tread in the tire was plenty good. Serviceman said it was policy to only repair twice. Really a stupid and unfair way to get someone (who might not be able to afford it) to buy a new tire.

Already was down on this company from my experience working there and seeing how scary bad some of their techs can be. Not saying they all are, some are very good, but the company is terrible at assessing skills and valuing those that have them. Can make for dangerous situations attempting to get the most work done at the lowest cost. Anyways, I stopped in since this is the only place I know of that you can get a lifetime alignment and was hoping things would be better at a different location. Not the case. I was informed that they could not perform it at the time due to some play in the inner and outer tie rods on one side. While that is true, everything else after that was not good. Not only did they try to double up on the labor (outer tie rod is included in the flat rate time for an inner tie rod, they tried to charge time seperately) but they were also wrong, it was actually the ball joint. That is an inexcusable mistake.

I dropped my car off for a tire repair, and hours later I came back and my car was dead.After a while we have managed to turn my car on, but the car didnt properly work.-My car doesnt go faster than 40-My car shaking-The engine sounds horrible- my car is now super loudI dropped my car off and it was fine, then I picked it up and its horrible.

Firestone replaced my front tires. After only a few months, both needed air---twice. The new rear tires never showed this problem. The shop never checked my front brakes, but said a squeal showed that I needed a serpentine belt replacement. The front brake pads were causing the noise. Finally, the repair ticket was written up for my previous car. I dont even own it. Tire warranty? I either lost it or lost 5000 miles of the mileage covered.

When I bought my set of four tires from here a couple years ago I had him save me the best one just in case something happened to one of my new ones sure enough I got a flat and now it comes time to use i The tire I saved and they wont put it on. they dont put on used tires ha ha what a joke Ill be sure to buy my next set somewhere else I would suggest everyone else do the same

Clean waiting area. Prices comparable to market. Friendly updates and calls from staff on work being performed. Never had to wait excessively. Sometimes told it will be done next day and it is done same day. Generally happy with service and value.

Now I know going to work is not fun for anyone but thats no reason to have a bad attitude when youre dealing with customers I had to go in three times to get a tire changed the first time after making a reservation 4 hours in advance it was not on the computer it was never registered I showed them the reservation number and email on my phone and they didnt accept it so I made another reservation but they could not contact my insurance so they couldnt do the work the third time I went in so my car was out of commission for 5 days they did get the work done after an hour which was not bad they still had attitudes though every single one of them

Got tires balanced, asked to patch any holes knowing there was a nail in one tire, which was ignored. Also put a tire on the rim backwards, even though the tire literally tells you inside and outside. Service guys were very friendly, however. And the service was fairly quick, though now I understand why...

The guy working today sunday 1-6-19 was very rude on the phone and in person...also they way overcharged me $400 for a 02 sable fuel tank, when everywhere else is charging 100. so i asked to come get my car and was told id be charged $200+ for them removing my fuel tank...so over either pay 200 for an inspection with no fix or $600+ for a fuel leak. I dont feel like a valued customer which i should for that kind of money. i felt like all they see in me is dollar signs. i will never return. i regret ever bringing my car in today

Took my vehicle to Firestone on 76th for 4 new tires and alignment. When I left the vehicle had a major wheel vibration, brought it back and they said the weights must have fallen off re-balanced the wheels, fixing the issue. When I got home I realized one of the center caps on my wheels was missing, they promised to order a replacement, but its been 3 weeks and somehow every time I call and ask Im told the person handling this is not in and will call me back, yet Ive yet to get a return call. I wont be going back to this store again.

If you do an appointment online call to verify it went through. Did apt and had tire picked, went into at apt and they didnt have me down and didnt even have tire in stock.

Had tires installed here. Had to come back due to a tire sidewall failing. They said they didn’t have the same tire to match my other three, but had a comparable tread. Much more expensive though, so I told them I wanted to see if I could find a match and would call them back.Called them back, they installed the tire anyways and wanted to charge me. Luckily, I didn’t find a match, so was planning to go with them anyways, but that is horrible practice for a service company. Not coming back.

The staff were friendly, respectful, humble and professional. Jack was very helpful in explaining the all the problems, and communicated well. He also worked with me on the bill. Are you guys kidding? You forget to tighten the lug nuts after a tire change and you tell my sister she was supposed to bring the car back 100 miles after a tire change to get the lugs re-tightened. Really? Do you know how dangerous that is? Not even an apology? Lesson for the future: People can deal with the Truth, but not with a lie. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!

Made an appointment days ago. Went in 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. They told me I never made an appointment and offered to get me in next week. Confirmation number and everything and apparently “no appointment” he also wasn’t very helpful.

Kept rescheduling me three times. When complained they told me to go somewhere else. This is after they misdiagnosed a transmission leak as an oil leak and almost ruined my car. Unprofessional and rude.

I made a 10 am apt a week early. I dropped off 10 minutes before the apt and expected my car to be done within the hour since it was merely an oil change. Waiting all day I finally get a call at 3 pm saying that my car would be done in roughly 30 min. When I received the call I had someone drop me off right after thinking I’d only wait the 30 min. I arrived and my car was still outside parked and didn’t get taken into the garage within another hour. Why even make apts if they don’t work around that schedule?? Completely terrible service.

After dealing with this location on many occasions simply because I work in the area I realize that no matter what they will always treat their customers like an inconvenience. No integrity and no customer service skills.

I had 2 tires put on my car today and Im sorry I didnt get the name of the man that helped me he went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get my tires done and have an alignment done. The steal belts were coming through the tire and were frayed it truly was not safe to drive and I have 120 mile ride home tonight. Thanks to the guys at Firestone on S. 76th St. in Greendale, WI my ride will be much safer THANKS GUYS now my son needs a set of four (4) tires for his truck and I will make sure he goes there. I trust that they will take as good of care of him and his truck as they did me he has a 3yr old daughter that rides in his truck. I need to know they are safe and I feel the crew at Firestone will do a great job.

This was an exceptional experience. Another nearby garage told me I needed a new radiator and quoted $1200. This place was not only much more pleasant (Travis and Ryan seemed like the least salesy type people Ive ever encountered in an auto repair shop) but they also quoted us almost $500 less for EXACTLY the same parts and labor. Just to be certain they ran diagnostics and stress tests on my existing radiator and discovered that it didnt even need replacing AT ALL. My car was back on the road same day, not overheating anymore, and I had narrowly avoided paying $700 extra unnecessarily to the other rip off garage. I would say if youre looking for an honest, friendly and reliable auto repair then this should be your #1 choice. I wont be taking my car anywhere else ever again.

The people working there do nice work, but their companys ways for sales are shady!! We had $850 worth of work done, and they called us to let us know the car was ready, but some more work was needed. Imstead of calling earlier to ask if we would like it done right away, they tell is after the wheels are put back on so they can charge us another $400 for their service instead of letting us pay the $250 for the work on top of our already escalated bill. Its a dirty game and we will be taking our biz elsewhere...even after we paid for the lifetime wheel alignment thing they offer.If youre going for just tires, they have some of the best prices we found. They have decent free WiFi, but dont expect coffee! They dont seem to want to make it.

Have had 2 great experiences here and felt they were honest in repairs. Car was done when said and no problems.Edit: my last visit was horrible! I had an appointment for an oil change and waited 45 minutes before they took my car back. One thing to wait but my car was filthy when done! The stearing wheel was covered with grime, the middle counsel was black and my white car had black hand prints all over the outside! I recently got a new car and there is no way Im risking an oil change that will ruin my new cars interior.

This place told my girlfriend that she needed 4 new tires. When she told them she got new tires from Firestone only a few thousand miles ago and that they should still be under Firestones warranty they took a second look. This time they told her they must have made a mistake because now they look fine.On another occasion they told her they found metal in her oil and wanted to start replacing engine parts. That was over 20k miles ago and her new mechanics have never seen metal in the oil.Not all Firestones are this dishonest but some of the employees at this shop in particular make up expensive stories.My advice: do not go here unless you know exactly what services are needed and have a rough idea of the market price for those services.

Went for new tires and an oil change. Scheduled an appointment and came on time. They did not take my van in until an hour after the scheduled start time. Then took 3 more hours for tires and oil change. No updates from anyone on progress.

Very nice and quick service. I go to them to put my snow tires on. There was one instance when it took longer than expected so they didnt charge me! Thats how you treat a customer!!

I’m being kind with the one star. I came in for a new exhaust system first the wrong part was ordered had to wait hours for the new part total time on first day 7 hours. The second day the system was even louder so I stopped in to tell them made another appointment. The 3rd day they replaced the gaskets still loud told it now was the resonator and it had to he ordered. The 4th day they installed it guess what STILL loud!!! The only part left was the cat converter. Went on ride with the mechanic sound was finally gone. Went to leave and while pulling out a loud banging sound from the back. I came back in and waited 15 -20 min before it was even looked at. I will never come here again. Also totally agree with the one statement that they take advantage of women I was talked to as if I was making up the noise and I didnt now the sounds of my car.. Total amount of time to fix 17 hours 12 of which I.sat there. 🤬

I had an emergency where my vehicle stopped on the highway at night and I had it towed home. My dealership isnt open on sundays so I called firestone, they said to bring it in. After a few hours they called and said it was my fuel pump and converter. They said it would be 447 for the pump and another 1000 for the converter. I told them to just fix the pump he said ok it will be $447 we will call you when its done. They finally called and said it was ready and I was already out of 200 for having it towed only to get here and they charge me 147.00 more than I was told on the phone and when I questioned the guy he said oh that was not including parts and labor. What the hell do you mean the receipt clearly states 320 for parts and to remove and replace 127. They never told me on the phone more than 447 so I got a ride to them and if I didnt have more money on me I would have had to walk home. I feel like they ripped me off! I Ill never return

This place is a complete joke. These average joe mechanics think they know everything. Tried this place twice and each time they didnt listen to me and at the end of the day I was right, both times. I am pretty fluent with automobiles, but come on. Also they will empty your wallet with this so called service. Save your time, money, and a headache. Plenty of places within 5 minutes that will destroy anything this firestone has to offer.
