I used to love this place but had a bad experience a couple years ago and haven’t been back. Today I decided to give them another chance. Honestly the woman in there is so nice but the man...not at all!!! He was rude to me as soon as he found out he had to work. He was very rough when doing my pedicure. He got mad when I asked him to fixed the lines on my French mani. He said he would but just acted like he was. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Worst place in greenfield. He will be the ultimate downfall of that business. I will not be giving them another chance. Horrible.

Very sad. I remember much cleaner place 6 yrs ago. He didnt wear a mask while he did my pedicure. So sorry but will not return or recommend.

My nails are uneven, have dips, and don’t completely cover. He left glue all over my fingers and made the nail very thick. I asked for natural nail and received French tip. I will never go here again. He was sleeping on couch when I arrived and was annoyed that I showed up.

I was very annoyed when leaving here..I didnt like the older man- I believe hes the owners husband. He gave me dirty looks and glared at me the whole time. I didnt mind that he didnt speak to me at all, not event that he didnt say hello. He did ask what I wanted but was very rough in his work. He even snatched my hand and pushed it away- again roughly. The owner is very kind and sweet and made my mom and I feel welcomed in her business. I tried to be very kind to him and say please or thank you when I asked him to fix or change something and he looked at me like anything i asked for or pointed out was too much of an issue for him to look at. His wife did ask to make sure I got what I wanted but either way my nails turned out too thick, not in the correct shape (coffin), and my middle nail is crooked. I only left a tip because the woman was so kind to my mother. I will not come back though because he was not pleasing to be around and the work didnt turn out good. If youre gonna have an attitude with me you better make sure your work is A1 because I can always go somewhere else-- you however just lost out on business. Your problem.

I gave this place two opportunities to and will NEVER make that mistake again! The man that works in there whom I believe is the husband is just absolutely awful. He’s hateful, rude, and puts absolutely no effort into his work. He messes up people’s nails and then acts annoyed to a disturbing degree when asked to fix his mistakes. He will be the complete and utter downfall and probably end of this company. If there was a negative star rating that’s what I would have given PERIOD. When people come and spend their hard earned money to have their nails look nice and done they way they would like that’s exactly what they should get! I can assure you, you will NOT get that if you go there.

First, it smells awful. I should have left the instant the smell hit me, but I decided to give it a shot. The man who did my pedi was rough and it hurt. The polish is super thick and already peeling off even though it’s only been on for a few hours. The polish is all over my toes and cuticles. Seriously the worst pedi and paint job ever.

My daughter got her nails done at this place today by a gentleman and they were horrible looking.

Very sweet staff. I think they did a very good job! I got the dip powder done on mine.

The man done my nails a full set with gel polish they are super thick unevenly cut and he put so much polish on that that the ends of my nails have a bump on them. Not to mention the cost is extremely over priced.WILL NOT EVER GO BACK !!!!!!

The service was very poor. There were steps missed that are required when getting acrylic done. NOT TO MENTION NAILS WERNT EVEN NOR WAS THE POLISH DONE RIGHT.AND ON TOP OF THAT I WS JUST NEEDING A FILL.FOR THE PRICE THE WORK I EXPECTED WAS NOT SATISFYING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The gentleman is absolutely terrible. He doesn’t talk, and will literally scoff at you when you ask for certain things. He refuses to do most styles and designs because they’re “too difficult,” and will only do single colors. My nails turned out crooked, and bubbled. I gave them two tries, and each time was disappointing. Do not go here.

I was excited that they were able to seat me right away, for my pedicure and full set, however the quality of the work was very poor. The gentleman did an absolutely horrible job on my nails and I will need to go to another salon to have them fixed. I would not go back, not even to have them fixed, because honestly, I dont trust they could fix the issues. Dont even waste your time.

I just got my nails done here and I have never been this disappointed with my nails, I went here because my salon is closed due to the virus. I just called them to talk to the manager but no manager there. I am going to insist on a redo!

This place does a terrible job. Every time I leave disappointed. They refuse to do several nail styles that they consider too difficult. They will try to talk you into getting the shortest simplest style and color possible so its easy for them.In addition, I have witnessed them make rude comments to customers. Last time I was there they completely ignored a customer that walked in the door, and then after she got mad and left, made terrible comments and laughed about the girl to all of the other patrons. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Dont waste your time or money.Your nails will be bubbled up and uneven, possibly crooked. And you will leave feeling like a terrible person for supporting these disgusting people and their dirty salon. How they are still in business blows my mind.Go down the street to VIP Nails.

Being new to Greenfield IN and needing my nails done. I went to the Closest Salon nearby. Salon was extremely Clean, my tech Helen was very pleasant and fun to talk to... and my nails look fabulous

Worst place ever, ruined my daughters nails, asked for the coffin style and believe me theyre definitely not coffin shaped, theyre bubbles and not straight and VERY rude to their clients. I will be making sure that they fix her nails and it will be free! She got charged $45 when ALL OTHER NAILS SALONS CHARGE $30.

My nail tech did a good job filling and re-shaping my nails. I had gotten them done at a nail salon in noblesville, and the didnt give me what I wanted. My only complaint, the nail tech was video chatting with her daughter while doing my nails, which I just felt was unprofessional.Update: went back for a pedicure, had an appointment for 3 of us to get them and there was only one person working. They also had someone waiting in the lobby the whole time for the other employee to arrive. Each of the pedicures lasted 15-20 minutes. Ill never come back here.

This is absolutely the worst place I have EVER been too. And they’re a rip off. Pedicure was $25. Not bad. I got a fill which usually costs $18! They used gel. Price jumps to $35. Did they say that? No. Almost all places do a $5-$10 increase for gel. Not double. It’d be different if my nIls actually look GOOD. I’m livid and I’m sorry if you go here and find it to be a nice place. You should really look into other nail salons. There’s a lot more who have better prices and don’t butcher your hands. 🙂

I will not return here again and dont recommend them either. Everytime I go they shape my nails wrong and they act like its a bother to do your nails. I will be looking for a new place anyone have any suggestions. This place is rude pushy and in a hurry. I started with the wife then the husband. He cut me like 10 times. Im done

The guy I had was very rude my arm was in the way and he jerked it of the table. When he was doing my cousins nails he would just stare at me. He never talked to me. He did a horrible job on my nails and my cousins. I have bubble that won’t go away Their is still nail polish on my skin. He also did not paint them good at all. I will not be going back ever again the SUCK

I have tired to log in on my google account but Im not sure why it keeps showing up my husbands name.I got my nails done here on sunday because it was close and not many other places open.It was ok but I do not think I will go back. They messed up 5 out of 10 of my cuticles, made 2 of them bleed while doing my nails. 3 out of 10 of my fingers the nails look like they are bubbled over at the end. I would not go back to this location. The price was the same as most places $40 for a full set gel acrylic.

The TT in this place probably stands for Totally Trash. Worst place Ive ever been to. Wont be going back, Id rather have my nails break off than get another fill in at this place.

I visited this place on Tuesday June 11th with a older gentleman who needed toenails trimmed he walks with a cane hes not too steady I went in and talked to the lady she used her office chair as a wheelchair to help me to get him into the store I seen some nice people in my time bu she made the top list so if you have a chance to meet this lady tell her and I said thank you from the bottom of my heart

The pedicure included salt soak, callus removal, foot and calf massage nail shaping and polish. My full set is the best Ive ever had, they look thin and natural and not obviously fake as Ive had before. I will definitely be back!

I got gel nails for only $25! And I think they did an amazing job. I would 10/10 recommend!!

My wife and I stumbled onto this shop while we were in Greenfield on other business. Wife reports that while the place is a little pricey, it turns out to be one of the best nail shops in Central Indiana.

I’m giving this salon 3 stars because of the nail shape. i got the dip powder with the tips if anybody was wondering. the nail technician that did my nails did not even ask what shape i wanted my nails. she kept saying “short nails are better for you”. the thumb nails are the worst part! they’re kind of bubble shaped at the tip. the powder is not evenly placed on my nails either. the technician was so rough with my hands. she even made my cuticles bleed with the drill! it was quite painful. the nail technician kept criticizing me and my nails. there are air bubbles in the finishing polish, and nail glue under my nails. most of the nails turned out decent. i recommend Helen and not the other one. probably will not come back.

Hellen and Kevin always do such a great job! Ive never had any complaints for them. Friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with! They are also very helpful! I can be very indecisive sometimes. I will always and forever come here!

They did a sloppy, terrible job of my french manicure. The polish was old, they did not have me wash my hands so the nail dust was still on my nails when he put polish on. I got my nails done 4 days ago and it looks like I have had this polish on for 6 weeks...terrible job.

If I could give a negative star I would!My niece went there and the older man did her nails. He was extremely rough & used too much acrylic on the nail. Theyre super thick and are coming off @ the cuticle when they were just done 3 hrs ago!Her fingers hurt so bad!

This place is by far the best in Greenfield. Pedicures are the absolute best. I will not go anywhere else.

She charged me an extra TEN DOLLARS! just to shape my nails like a coffin. and MY NAILS WERE BENDABLE. my acrylic nail was bendable, she saw it bend and did nothing bout it. TERRIBLE! I asked her to fix something and her husband gave me and dirty look. like i’m sorry i’m asking you to perfect your work. i’m paying you to make it look nice. She criticized me because i got my nails really long. i always get my nails long.

Great staff.... not the cleanest.. and only 3 people were working on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

Had a very friendly technician but she didnt shape my nails properly and after about an hour my polish started to bubble. I got gel polish. Might have just been a long day, but unsure if Ill be going back.

My daughter went here for her prom and she requested the to photo and she got the bottom. The man got a little frustrated because we said something but this is A JOKE!

I went in for gel French tips and let me just say the 45min wait was not worth it whatsoever. He left old nail polish on, he did not evenly apply the white to my tips and even missed spots which I told him to fix but didn’t. He also sighed when I asked him to fix it like it was such a hassle.

Loved them definitely recommend

Hateful, and rough. Lady I went to grabbed my hands and threw them down on the table. Will not be back.

Pedicures are terrible, however the fill ins are good.
