This was my first visit after ending my relationship with USA Nails due to their new employee. I was so amazed at the compassionate service at Greenfield Nails!Jake did my nails. He did an awesome job and was the friendliest person that I’ve ever met while getting nails done.The lady finished up by doing a design on my nails. She did it better than the picture I showed her. I’m definitely going back! They look even better in person.

I was able to make an appointment but was terribly disappointed with the quality of the acrylic nails/polish service I received at Greenfield Nails. This is the first time I visited this salon and I found it to be very dirty and messy. The man that did my nails was very rough and nicked my cuticles when he filed them. Afterwards, my nails looked so short and thick. As you can see in the picture they left residue under my nails too. The staff was definitely NOT friendly. I will not be back. You are going to pay about the same price everywhere. I will drive a little to get better quality and service!

I’ve been here a few times and always loved my nails when I left. This past time I went I was needing something special and Yen(sp?) really came through! She took her time and tried to make my nails look just like my inspiration picture. Since they do such good work, I would recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time instead of just walking in, because they can get busy at times. I will continue to come back here, and most likely will continue to request Yen for my nails!

My first time going in and they were low on staff but they were still fast and made my nails look so good. I never had my nails done this well before. The man did my nails talked to me and made my whole visit wonderful. I will be coming back here for now on for sure!

I love Greenfield nails and have made it my new spot. They are very busy but totally worth the wait. Van has done the best nails I have ever had!He is friendly, and very careful to do the best job he can every time. To top it off their prices are very competitive and affordable. Thank you Van.

They do very high quality work and have the most choices of color and nail options Ive ever seen! Up to date on latest trends as well. I would go anywhere else. They take appointments as well as walk ins.

I walked in and they told me they normally didn’t take walk ins but said they had time. Woman doing pedicure was very rude and rough. Man doing manicure somehow made my nails that had a nice coffin shape have zero shape to them. Completely uneven. Dip powder extremely thick. Did not go to the edge of the nail with dip powder or edge of dip with top coat. Completely disappointed with service. There was a super sweet girl helping people pick colors though.

They did a good job. The guy was rough about it and kept getting up to schedule appointments and checking people out when there was others that could do it.. the lady did an AMAZING job with the painting

Absolutely loved getting my nails done here. Best I’ve EVER had. I got acrylics. He did them exactly like I showed him on the reference photo! So clean and beautiful. I do not recall what his name is, but I’m sure they’re all great! My mom got hers done as well and the lady did a great job.

Okay so I’m gonna start by saying that my friend and I called last Monday to schedule an appt for two full sets for 11 am on Saturday (the morning of my prom). We arrived and were not greeted by the staff, we kinda just stood there not knowing what to do. Then we sat down and discovered that there were 3 girls who had an appt at 10 who had showed up at 10:30 (late to their appt) in front of us. We were not sitting in front of a nail tech until the three girls were done. Then I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted done and the variation I wanted done with it. As you can see this is absolutely not what I asked for and the pink parts of my nails were all supposed to be white but bled through when he did a top coat. I’m so disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning, I wish I could get my money back but hahaha no refunds.

I took my 2nieces there so they could get their nails done. They had appointments for the same time so they were done by two different people and my one niece her nails looked really good but my other niece had a few nails that were not filled in all the way on the side and I didnt notice until we left because I only really glanced at them. Im not sure what the nail technicians names were but the one that did a good job was the older guy,short with dark hair

The man that assisted me not only was rough. He could not give a decent cheap massage. It felt like only thing he did was rub my toes. Then during the polishing process he messed them up by hitting the led light and tried to paint over the mistake when I was only getting white polish . I originally was supposed to get a fill in and pedicure but I was disgusted with his entire attitude where I ended up letting him finish my toes and went somewhere else to get my nails done. It seems as though they’re used to assisting older individuals because he didn’t even scrub my feet he used a sponge only no soap or bubbles just water and a sponge. I’m very disappointed with my service and will not recommend nor return.

I really enjoy being here. I say this and Ive only been once, but it was so peaceful. Jake and Van helped us. Was a wonderful, peaceful experience. Nails lasted three weeks - wouldve been longer if the growth wasnt there. :)

I love greenfield nails, everyone is so nice and they always do a beautiful job. It’s a relaxing environment, and we barely had to wait. It’s also a wonderful price for their services.

Clean and great. Fill up fast.

The salon is posh and relaxing and the staff is pleasant and calm. I liked the music selections and videos of beach and underwater scenes which is a welcome break from the news. My dipped nails always last 3-4 weeks with no problems even though I’m a nurse and they are exposed to strong chemicals and wear and tear at work. Having my nails look good is such a boost and we all need that more than ever!

The quality was amazing. The employees were super nice and very helpful! The inside is GORGEOUS! They took extra effort to make sure my nails were how I liked them. They went out of their way and made sure I got what I wanted. It was great service. I would 100% recommend!

Jake did a fabulous job on my holographic ombré nails. They couldn’t look better. I haven’t taken any photos yet but I will add them to this review once I do if possible. Definitely going to return.

I could not be happier with this place, especially Van! He took his time, and made sure I was happy with what he was doing every step. It’s a relaxing, clean, and professional business, and my nails turned out perfectly!

The man who did my acrylic set said “I want to kill all white women,” and said it very seriously, which made me uncomfortable… he also made four of my fingers bleed from filing them raw. I asked for French tips and he did NOT deliver on the picture I showed him. The nails were sloppy and thick. My first and last time at this nail salon!

If I were to rate it the first time I went it would be 5 stars but there is one guy there that is horrible! If you are going to go then do not, I repeat DO NOT, get Van. He is HORRIBLE! This last time he did my nails (gel fill) the gel polished was messed up 2 hours later and peeling. I have 3 nails that are ruined! I have been going since January, but this is the last time I will ever go. I did not want to deal with having to complain to them about it so I said screw it and I am going else where now.

The only nail place Ill visit anymore. Pricey but worth it! Staff are very friendly and business is very clean.

They always have plenty of friendly technicians to get you started. Very clean and thorough job. Lots of colors to choose from. From gel, to powder, to acrylic. Very speedy but not sloppy. Will definitely be recommending and visiting here again.

Van and his staff were amazingly helpful and worked as a team. My daughter and I made an appointment 2 days before her wedding for a Mani pedi...and Van was insightful and his professional suggestions were spot-on...our nails were perfect. He is so kind and professional. No wait time. He was realistic and ...did I say kind?!? No sarcasm. Only respect.

The owner did my nails and I went back and told him it wasnt good and he told me thats how he does his nails this is just absolutely horrible job the worst job Ive ever had, and was very rude never will I go back in this place!!!!!

This place is a gem! This was my first time here, but definitely not my last. My tech Kim, was so patient with me. She took her time, helped me decide on the right polish and fixed my nail to my liking. The other employees were very nice and inviting.The atmosphere is very inviting, clean and professional. I want to start off by saying I’m not the person to go and do this but they had me livid. First, they told me over the phone they don’t take walk ins. So I made an appointment for 11am. I sat in their chair for 40 mins after 11am and they had two people go in front of me. Service is not good and they aren’t professional.

Great service and clean. People are very friendly and helpful. Took my 5 year old granddaughter and they treated her very special.

Worst pedicure ever. DeAd skin was not removed. No leg massage, only rubbed lotion. I had to ask for him to remove dead skin but he still didn’t get it. He painted my toes like a kindergartner. Paint all over my toes and the polish looked thick and lumpy. I won’t be back.

Really liked how they did my nails except today o ly 2 days after getting my nails done some of the enamel came off on my thumb nail. It was rather expensive too! Example my daughter just had her nails painted and they charged $45 to paint her nails!!! Im probably not going back because it was too pricey and the quality is not good. Ive had these nails for a while and the enamel on the top has never came off as it has done and this is the most expensive Ive ever paid for nails. Not good.

Pedicure was okguy who did my nails was totally rude and made me feel bad because i got polish smeared on my finger when they were drying - was annoyed because i felt even after he cut them, they were too long, he acted like i was wasting my time otherwise if I wanted them that shortnot a pleasant experience- he should not be doing nails!I will not be coming back

Very rushed manicure, didnt even ask me what shape I wanted my nails. Application was ok but I can see my nails through the gel polish. Also they filed my nails down until they were paper thin and the length is not even or straight. Definitely never coming back.

I recently moved to Greenfield and needed a Pedicure. So my first trip was to Greenfield Nails. It was the worst, unprofessional salon that Ive been in. The people were rude, the girl who did my toes was rude, rough and my Gel polish came off in 2 weeks! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

First time ever going to Greenfield Nails today and they did a Amazing job. I am very happy with my nails both fingers and toes look Awesome! I will go back to them whenever I get my nails done again!

I have received several pedicures from here but twice now my toe has been swollen/red/painful the following day. The next day my big toe is extremely swollen from them cutting my toenail and getting out an ingrown toenail out. It was a different person each time. I will not be returning after this has happened twice in a row

The way they remove dip takes nearly an hour and leaves chemical burns. Cannot recommend.

Will be coming back! I did have to wait but I was a walk in, so it was nice to see them actually taking appointments first. It was very nice and clean, and the guy I had did a wonderful job! No sloppy rushing. I got dip nails that are going on 4 weeks and I am still happy with them. LOTS of dip options, which is hard to find at some salons.

I cannot rave about this place enough! The owner turned this place into a gem, it’s relaxing, clean and just what I needed! The staff is incredible, friendly and insanely good at what they do and they don’t rush to get you don’t like other places I’ve been.All tools are taken from a sterile package and opened right in front of you, which is a huge change of pace from most places in the surrounding area, including Indy!!They have great prices and the work is top notch in every way possible!If you’re in the Greenfield or surrounding area, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I have gone there several times in the last year for a pedicure and nail service, which is called a dip and have been satisfied with the service, the place is new, clean and attractive...I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY... When I went in at 3:00, I requested the technician that has done my nails since i have been going there, I waited until almost 4:00 only to see the mngr., seat someone else had at his table that came in after me.... The Mngr., did,,, my nails, I am more than disappointed with the outcome.... My nails were not completely polished to the edge, he filed my nails after he had polished them which left them unfinished, I basically have polish in the center of my nails only.... The topcoat covered my nails, and my cuticle and part of my finger.... Very messy unprofessional look. When I complained about the service, he told me, he would take the polish off and refund my money.... I asked him to allow my regular technician to re-do them... Not allowed.... My only option was to allow him to remove the polish and refund my money... I asked for a refund, and was refused.... By this time it was 6pm, I had been in the Salon for 3 hours and I needed to leave... Absolutely RUDE and lacking in customer service..... My total service including tip was $85. . Price would not be a concern if I had satisfactory service,,,,, Even my pedicure was poor !!!!

One of the worst places I been to. I had an appointment set for 1:00 and it is now 130pm and I still have not been seen. White people have walked in after me and they have been placed in chairs but I have been still over looked. They gave me my color and told me to wait. I have decided to leave and will not be back. Poor customer services and lack of attention to blacks.

If I could give zero stars I would. The workers are very rude, especially the owner. He was really rough on my nails and the skin around all of my nails are dry/cracking. I left there with two cuticles bleeding. I got a fill which according to their price chart, is $20 but I was charged $30. Not only did I leave there with bleeding cuticles, but my mom did as well. Done by the same person. Not only were her cuticles bleeding, but her nails started coming off within a week.This business is horrible and I do not recommend it.

The guy that did my nails was super rough and used a already been used file on me the dest wasdirty he just brushed nail clippings off with the brush and nail file he cut two of my fingers. The nails turned out looking alright but I will never come here again.

I have been twice now & had a good experience both times. As others mentioned, there was a bit of a wait my first visit but they were making sure to take appts first & get to everyone in a timely fashion. Many color options for gel. Very accommodating to requests.

I gave them a call and I was told by the owner that nothing can be done to fix it. he asked me to show him what was wrong with my nails before they came off. How am I suppose to show them the problem with the nails when they just came off??! He was rude and disrespectful

The absolute worst place I have ever been period. The service was great until I told them that I absolutely did not like their work and would still pay for my daughters and for mine to be removed. The service went down hill like no other very quickly from there. First and foremost their powder drip nail technique is completely wrong, they offer ombre nail art and it was splotchy like tie-die, my nail shape was way off, was bumpy, and the nails were so THICK it took an hour to remove(I was told it was because of my nail color choice peach and white btw). I was disappointed about being there for over 3hrs and walking out with nothing and the level of disrespect following the acrylic removal.

Looks nice. Very clean. I give it only 3 stars because the staff doesnt greet incoming customers and the wait time is really long. I waited 45 minutes for a mani-pedi and only 4 people were in the salon at that time (2pm). I was a walk-in, but maybe this location requires an appointment. I wouldnt know because in the 45 minutes I sat there, I was not approached or greeted by the staff. I ended up leaving, after 45 minutes.

First time being here the day before the 4th of July . I did call and make an appt. Loved my experience and the nail tech(s) that did my nails. The gentleman who did my nails was very welcoming and friendly and was patient (I can never decide on a color) and he did a great job! He was VERY busy and was doing my nails as well as getting his next client ready which was fine with me, I was in no rush. I did the dip colors, I think they’re the best value. $40 for dip color on natural nails. I also had a polish change on my toenails. $10 for that. The gentleman who did it seemed very rushed because there were people waiting but he was still friendly and my toe nails looked great, no smudging and if he did he cleaned it off. My only suggestion is getting more nail techs. Other then that I will be back and this will be my new nail home after living in greenfield for almost two years and going all the way to Zionsville to get my nails done.

I called and made a appt for my daughters birthday party and they called me the day before to tell me that they werent open on sunday and said they forgot they werent open on sundays....
