Great agency to work with. Charlie and Jonetta are both very helpful and efficient. Takes the time to answer my questions, also gave many different scenarios with different rates for me to choose from that best fit our household needs. We have all our insurance through them and whenever weve had to file a claim, the claim department has given us no problems, but very timely and efficient. Thank you, Charlie!

Had an accident this morning that was no fault of my own.. the police even cited the other driver for breaking driving laws during the accident. His insurance called me, gave my statement, then the bit*h on the phone started acting like trial Judge and jury. Trying to call me out and basically say that Im a liar, all tho all the evidence and proof points towards her client being at fault. My agent (agents office) calls me at the right time as the phone conversation between me and geico is getting heated.. jenetta, hopefully thats spelled right, calmed me down while doing her job and keeping a professional attitude.. this is legitimately the best customer service I have ever had my whole life.. whenever I worked retail or fast food or what have you I would be soooo mad cuz I give such great service but never get great service no matter where I go.. that finally changed here with American family insurance.. they really are there for you when you need it.. I will stay with Am Fam for the remainder of my life just because of this once incident and the great awesome amazing professional help I received from my insurance agency..

Jeannette is extremely rude on multiple occasions. Called in on behalf of my parents to try to resolve some questions. Will be making sure that my parents get better services elsewhere. I would not recommend services here, save your time and money and go some place else.

I recently transferred my home, auto and life insurance policies over to American Family from another agency. Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during this process. I was expecting the process to be cumbersome and time consuming but It was a seamless transition. I’d highly recommend this group.

I came into the office ( no appointment) to obtain a quote to bundle my parents auto policy with a new homeowners policy. Can’t say enough good things about Jonetta’s responsiveness, as she took time to answer all of my questions and was super nice and very professional. I have been with American Family for years. Jeanetta has always been so helpful whenever Ive had a question or concern. I never have to call AmFam customer service because I know I can call the office and get an answer at anytime. I was in an accident in 2016 and Jeanetta had my claim filed and taken care of before the police even showed up. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.

Called Jonetta last week for a quote last she never got back to me.I called today and she was very short and rude with me.I am handicapped and slow with my speech.This is no way to talk to the handicapped.She was rude to me and I will not be going with her.If I would of read reviews on her rudeness I would of not called.I would not recommend this agency.
