I have been with State Farm Insurance for 16 years and with Brooke Palmer State Farm for 9 of those years. Everyone in Brooke Palmers office is always so kind and understanding. Over the past 9 years with them, I cannot think of a single time that every single staff member hasnt been kind or gone the extra mile for me when I have called in. To me, that is just remarkable. Every one has at least one bad day right? People get stressed and overwhelmed right? You would never know it, ever, at Brooke Palmer. I dont know Brooke personally but I can tell that she treats her staff well because there is not a frequent turn-over in staff. I can always count on the same people being there and I think that says a lot about a business. They have always given me very reasonable rates and it is comforting to know I have an insurance company (and awesome) staff whom I can count on. A million thank yous to everyone with Brooke Palmer! You have been the best insurance company I have ever had in my life.

Weve always had pretty good experiences here.The good: very clear explanations of everything and step-by-step methodical ways of walking through all of our various insurance products as well as optional ones. There is no pressure to add any insurance policies. Very professional. Brooke has added staff, so this past time (yesterday) we met with one of her other staff members (Kim). Kim was knowledgeable and we were happy with the review she did of everything with us. (We meet with an agent once a year to review everything and make changes if needed.)The bad: maybe it wasnt the fault of the agent, but I was in an accident years ago (maybe 10 years ago) that wasnt my fault. I was in an almost brand-new van (6 months old or less) and there was substantial damage. In the end, the vehicle was very close to being totaled (within less than $1000 I believe), but they did not total it and fixed it instead. I always had problems with the vehicle after that (sliding doors didnt work well and electric locks unlocked and locked on their own while driving down the road). We traded it in for a different vehicle due to some of the random glitches that were likely caused by the accident. Again, maybe not the fault of the agent, but it took a LONG time to get the vehicle fixed and we had to pay for our own rental car (I think only a couple of days were covered through the insurance). We wound up borrowing a family members car as we didnt want to pay for a rental for the extended time it took to fix the van. We did stick with State Farm even though we had this experience as we have been happy overall.
