The people are awesome. They beat the rates posted online and since I needed the truck an extra day they even saved me more money. Went above and beyond any U-Haul dealer Ive ever dealt with. Plus also found out about local eaterys that we have tried out and they did not disappoint. They were amazing. If all the people around us in our new town are like the U-Haul business friendly and outgoing we have found our forever home and town. Thank you for making us feel like were part of the community. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They understand situations too. They let me keep my U-Haul overnight! I told them Id return it later in the evening but ended up dead tired and kept it overnight. :)

The OWNER of this business should not be in a customer service setting, ever. He even used foul language when addressing me. Not to mention how rude and unpleasant he behaved.. avoid this establishment!!

Run far away from this place as fast as you can. I took my van here for an oil change and ac “fix”. I was getting ready to head out on a cross country journey that I had been pinching and saving every penny for to pick up my son from Washington state. My van was in excellent running condition. When I got it back after the oil change and supposed ac “fix”, it was suddenly not such an excellent running vehicle. It was misfiring, the ac was still not cold and my rear speakers were blown. I took it back (which was my second mistake) and they claimed within less than 5 minutes of my arrival that it was the coil pack. At this point I was not feeling well, very ill with frustration and anxiety and I just accepted their answer and paid the bill. When I got it back, it was still misfiring. I took it back, this time stating that I wanted my old coil pack back and my money back. My family has known Mike for nearly 15 years and he seemed eager to settle it, however, they simply pulled a plug off an old car and stuck it in mine then didn’t charge me for it..geez, how generous right? It’s still misfiring. So here I am 5 weeks past my planned departure date, down nearly 400$ dollars without a running vehicle, without ac, with a blown speaker and all because I took my vehicle to this place for an oil change.

Customer brought in vehicle to have timing chain put in then customer picked up vehicle noise was the same charge them a thousand bucks customer brings car to me I pull engine no new timing chains had been installed nowhere on the engine they never took anything apart I have video proof of this the motor is sitting right here in front of my face Im looking at it this motor does not have no new chains been put in it they are liars and need to refund those peoples money.... the customers have the receipt with all the parts and parts numbers listed on the receipt no parts were installed have 10 minutes of video footage of this this is why mechanics get a bad name

THIS U HAUL DEALER RUINED MY VEHICLE DURING TOW NOV OF 2016-I HAD COMPLETE PROOF WITH MY BROTHER AS A PASSENGER IN CAB OF TOW. EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THIS FACILITY HAS OUTRIGHT LIED, & TRIED TO PACK IT OFF ON AN INNOCENT YOUNG BOY ALONG WITH HIS INSURANCE COMPANY, WHO ARE BLAMELESS-I HAVE BN LEFT THUS FAR 95 DAYS, MEDICALLY ILL WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION.I NEVER SAY A THING. HOWEVER, THERE COMES A TIME A PERSON HAS TO STAND FOR WHATS RIGHTTHE IRONY IS ALLEN ARRINGTON YOULL NOT ONLY NOW BEFORE AN ALMIGHTY GOD, BUT IN THIS EARTH...DIRECTS PROBABLY GOING TO USE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY:( BUT PROBABLY YOU. LOL......HERES HOPING YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?
