The truck locked us out in the middle of the night, they were dispatched by AAA. We received prompt service at 3:40am in the middle of a rainstorm. My vehicle was stolen from my moms house by my ex who is still my husband and he was arrested for VOP. Caspers towed my car in and somehow my passenger front tire is flat and looks like its been driven on the rim. The cost of the tow was $150 for the first day and then $43 every day after that. I have no income and no unemployment. I had no way to get my vehicle back. I paid $700 for my vehicle when I first bought it. I called Caspers and it was going to be over $600 to get my vehicle back. It had been there for 11 days. I have no way of getting my vehicle back. Nor do I have another vehicle to drive.

The service was on time, fast and very courteous. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I called them after 6pm on a Friday they said they would arrive within the hour and they did and I was over 30 minutes away. They got me into my car in 5 minutes. They were very professional, experts in their field, and very courteous. I was thrilled with their service. They were great!

A few days ago a tow truck driver named Ray came to the rescue for my mom who is 80 years old and got locked out. She called the police in morristown and the officer knew someone who could help. With in 5 minutes he was there and was able to get it unlocked very quickly so she could get warm again and get home safe. I offered to pay but he said no bc the officer called him and asked him to help her out and try not to charge her bc she ia old and cold. This man had a heart of gold. I will recommend this towing company to anyone. Thank you again Ray.

After my car just decided that it wouldnt accelerate any longer, I placed a call for a tow with my roadside assistance. They put in the tow with another company and said it would be 20-30 minutes. After waiting for almost an hour, I called roadside assistance again and the original tow company cancelled the order due to being shorthanded. They then called Caspers and they had me towed within 30 minutes. My driver was very professional and friendly. He took great care with my car. I would recommend them for anyone needing service. Scot was absolutely amazing. Nothing but professional, courteous, and kind. We were visiting from PA and broke down on I81. After hours of numerous phone calls with our roadside service, Tennessee Highway Patrol called us to let us know they new we were stranded and feeling uneasy as tractor trailers were whizzing by us. They gave us a list of towing services that could help with towing us and our travel trailer. They stopped to check on us while we were waiting. Casper towing to the rescue. Unfortunately I was not home when I had a truck picked up to be sent to the shop. The driver was supposed to pick the truck up on a flat bed truck to keep from damaging my transmission. Anywho, a 4k dollar transmission repair and a we dropped the drive shaft reply. Ill never use the company again.

We were traveling on I-81 on the 5th of July when we had our 2nd blow out in 2 days on our travel trailer. Our roadside assistance left us stranded on the side of the interstate for over 5 hours when I decided to call someone myself. I found Caspers and I cant even explain how awesome they all were!! It was Sunday around 5 or 6 in the evening and they got the guys together and were to us within 45 minutes. We couldnt get a spare until the following day so they graciously allowed us to stay in their fenced in area in our RV and offered us electric. They called and picked up 2 tires early the next morning and mounted the tires and had us on our way again by 10 AM! I cant say enough about everyone who works there!! They are what everyone in this world should be, kind and generous!!! We absolutely recommend them!!!!

Got locked out of my truck and I called Caspers. It took only 15 minutes for the locksmith to show up and get me back in my truck. There service was very affordable and the locksmith was very knowledgeable and able to get in my truck without scratching the paint on my vehicle. Im very pleased at the quick and affordable service they offered.

We had a Holliday weekend misshap. No ones fault all the lock Smiths were closed, but Casper came out out a few days later lickety split.

I went to Caspers for an auto claim, well I went to pick up my car the battery was dead and my radio doesnt work now, as in wont even come on I had to go back the day after picking up my car (05/12/2020) to find out the battery cables had been loosened and no one could tell me why because the work preformed on my car was on my trunk and bumper. And now I have to pay to have my radio fixed. I dont reccommend this place if you want things to work when you pick them up

Scott was my hero today!!!! I very stupidly and of course accidentally ended up locking my dog in my car with all the windows up and car not running. I called AAA in sheer panic mode and they put me in touch with Scott at Caspers. He called me to let me know he was doing everything he could to get to me. He mustve driven that truck 90 mph to get to the rescue. God bless him and Caspers. He had my door open in 30 seconds or less. Dog is just fine and doggy mama is finally getting over my panic spell. Doggy dont even know what all the excitement was about...lol.

My truck was dead in the driveway with a broken brake line. I called for a tow and explained that I live alone and this was my only vehicle. They came and got the truck, fixed it and I was back on the road again in less than 24 hours! That is unbelievable service! Im a first time customer and they treated me like family. And that includes the cost which was super reasonable. Highly recommend them!

They parked their giant truck in the front most 4 parking spaces at Walmart on a Sunday. I understand such a large vehicle needing multiple spaces, however if you must take your tow truck grocery shopping, then you need to park in the back of the lot. This is just basic respect for ones neighbors. Learn some decency!

My husband was unexpectedly detained, and Caspers towed his truck. Scot was wonderful, getting our dog to his vet, for boarding, and then taking my husband to get her, a few hours later, after the incident was corrected. The communication was excellent, and the care shown towards our 8 month old Malamute was appreciated.
