My tax preparer Kimberly Lane is awesome. She was very kind and helped me with anything I needed help with. The only thing I had an issue with is the advance. I received the one in Nov.2020 and I have gotten them both for the past 3 yrs but this time I didnt get the advance when I actually filed my taxes.

Very nice people and they always make sure i get every dollar im owed. She explained everything to me and answered questions i had clearly. I do wish the cost to do the taxes wasnt so high cause i paid almost $300 and it only took her less than 30 min i dnt think that was fair but over all i like going to hr block.
