Mark was great…. Good customer relations and he did an excellent job. If it were just him, I’d give 5 stars. But my service call was extremely late….. was supposed to be an early morning appointment (I set it up a week in advance). I realize that “stuff happens”, but I had to lose most of a day waiting for my tech to show up. Not good. Again- this wasn’t Mark’s fault, and once he got here, he was fine.

Mark was amazing! He really went above and beyond to diagnose our septic issues. After he was finished he left almost no trace that he was here! Very friendly and professional. Also, he was PUNCTUAL!!! That is so hard to come by around this area for some reason but Mark was here when he said he was going to be here! Im so glad I contacted Tommys to fix our nightmare of a septic system!!! Thank you so much!!!

Had to make 2 visits, 1st tech didn’t have the equipment required for the job (he came base on the information he had from dispatch). He reviewed the job and made arrangements for the proper equipment truck to come to the site later the same day. The clogged pipe line was cleared and a camera inspection of the line was done. Commode was reinstalled and checked out. All in good working order before he left.

Dylan and Casey did a great job. they were very knowledgeable of there job. they were polite and friendly . put in new water and new pipes whole house in one day. Explained what they did afterward. very nice guys.

John priced a job on a remodel. We had already bought shower and sink fixtures and sent back when decided to purchase their products. When technicians arrived to do the job they stated part of the services we had requested were not what they had been told was to be done. We requested they add shower and sink drains to the cost of the job, even though originally that was part of what had been requested be done. The technicians stated they would have to price the extra work, took pictures, then left without telling us they were leaving. When contacted the office, Chris stated they were going to decline the job because it was a remodel and they don’t do remodels. When the job quote was priced, it was obviously a remodel. So here we are, bathroom torn down wall studs and floor joists, no water in the house for days. They just walked away from the job, leaving us hanging high and dry. Now we have to wait for another full week to have someone else price the job. No fixtures, as they were returned in lieu of Tommie’s products. Chris was told the situation we are in. “I’m sorry, my boss said to pass on the job”. I should have known earlier when they didn’t return calls when asked. Overall bad customer service. Don’t choose Tommie’s Plumbing. Not only overpriced but they don’t care if they leave customers in a BAD situation.

Appointment was scheduled next day after calling for service. Service technician arrived on time with mask and shoe coverings. He evaluated the problem and provided options and costs for the extent of work to be provided. He was professional, did the repairs promptly, brought my piping up to building code and left my house as clean as when he arrived. I would definitely recommend Richard York and Tommies Plumbing for installation or repairs.

Gosh, this was just a great experience top to bottom. I have rental properties, so I’m no stranger to plumbing woes and I have dealt with some TERRIBLE plumbers over the years. This was honestly the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. They were professional and clean. The job was done on time and correctly and they stand by their work (2 year warranty). They were super kind to my two crazy dogs and went above and beyond in multiple ways. They definitely aren’t the cheapest in town but believe me when I say you get what you pay for and in the long run it is MUCH “cheaper” to do it correctly the first time. Thanks Mark!!

I called Tommie’s Plumbing for a leak under my sink and they sent Dylan and Nelson to help me. These young men were professional, polite and hardworking. When I complained that I couldn’t get anyone to put in a garbage disposal they were able to do that on the spot and of course fixed the leak! From the time John came out and gave us 4 quote options for the work we needed done(a new waterline from road to house) until the last “Tommie’s van drove off they have been nothing but professional and friendly! The bill was right on the quote. They came when they said they would and cleaned up, put down grass seed and straw over the +500 foot water supply line from the road. Called Tommie’s after becoming frustrated with a no call no show plumber. Easy phone call, spoke to a real person who was able to set up an appointment the next day. Tommie’s called day of the appointment to confirm the appointment time and said they would call again when technician was on his way. Received a call back as expected and was given a 30 min to 1 hour time frame for arrival and my technician John arrived in about thirty minutes. Problem with the water heater leaking, previous plumber had diagnosed problem as needing an expansion tank, the first thing John did was check the water pressure and stated that my water pressure into the house was very high and that was causing issues with the leaking water heater. John gave me two options to choose from that would fix this issue and he installed a pressure reducer and also the expansion tank for the water heater in the same visit that he was able to diagnose the issue, all parts were on the truck and work was completed within two hours. Could not have asked for a better experience I told John the other plumber had not even checked the water pressure before he had diagnosed the leak from the water heater was due to no expansion tank if I had waited on them the problem would not have been fixed! Thank you!

I had the best service from the moment I called until my water heater was replaced. The lady was extremely friendly on the phone and kept me updated throughout the day with what time the technician would arrive. I was extremely fortunate to have Richard come to my home. He was very professional, wore protective coverings on his shoes along with a mask the whole time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me various options. He was super kind and friendly and turned an awful situation into great one. I cant thank him and the staff there enough. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend their service.

Probably shouldnt call for a small job. I know they have overhead but I felt their price to high. We had dug up where the leak was at in the ground. So they want to charge over six hundred dollars to put in approximately four foot section of pipe with an elbow on one end. So we paid a sixty some dollars service charge for a few minute it took them to give a quote. They may be friendly and may be great plumbers but you r better off to find one or two man plumbing business for a small job.

Kyle has been here before to install hydrants for me. On both occasions, he has been nothing but professional and personable. Job was done quickly and with a minimal distance to the household. Give this man a raise. 12 out of 10.

We are finalizing an estate property and returning to Indiana this weekend and needed to have the repair completed asap. They scheduled us in on short notice. Tommies was great to work with us and Mark identified and fixed the problem in short order. We can return home knowing the problem has been fixed.

Because my fixer upper had galvanized pipes from the 1940s and a water heater that was likely 20 years old, a team of plumbers from Tommies arrived to replace the old with the new and they provided a few extras that were not on the list but needed doing for the same agreed upon price. The next day, technician Rusty spent 6 hours installing new hardware in the bath that could accommodate the new pipe fittings. None of this work was easy job but Tommies uses trade craftsmen who do their job well and who were extremely professional. I am highly satisfied with their effort and service.

Scheduled visit for job.. Dylan arrived and was very nice, but the price of job was ridiculous. To hook up new faucet, sink strainer, drain lines (I supplied parts except for 3 new cutoff valves) to sink was over $1,000... and still had to pay $59 to tell them not going to use them.. Any time a company cant give a ballpark cost, dont use them.. Tommies Plumbing is absurdly over priced! By the way, found two other plumbers that knew Tommies pricing, without me telling them who I was going to use. Ill have to wait a few more days to get job done, but to save over$600, Ill wait. TOMMIES PLUMBING, shame on you for being soooooo over priced and when customers really need your help.

I have CPVC plumbing, so I dont mess with it. I let the professional do the job. Both of my shower controls (up and down stairs) were contractors grade (16 years old) and in need of replacing. Both were dripping for months. John opened the wall and replaced the upstairs controls - using Pex with the CPVC. Very clean job. The original plumbing was a mess where they used CPVC glue and plastic fittings. He gave me some options. I had already bought a Moen control but wanted him to install additional cutoff vales behind the wall. That way I would not have to go under the house to shut the whole house water off for this shower. John gave me different price options to use what I had + the cut-offs, or to install one of their controls that has cut-offs built in. Actually that option would cost less. Also, the control was better quality and heavy duty.As for the downstairs shower control, I would have to remove the long wall to wall vanity in order for John to access the shower control through the wall. So, John suggested I just have him replace the shower cartridge only (and gave me a cost). I agreed because the main objective was to stop the dripping. John was able to contact his office to identify the type of cartridge and order it. That would stop the leak. In a few days John came back to install it. It doesnt leak anymore. In the future I will pull out the vanity, have Tommies schedule John to replace the control with the same type that was installed upstairs. He also put in an access panel upstairs. Looks great. He will do the same for the downstairs shower. I am very pleased. John did an excellent job. I am glad I called Tommies Plumbing.

Mark was very polite and explained everything he did . He cleaned up everything including my shower floor. They were very nice all around.
