Dont particularly care for complaints, especially when the men did a quick and fabulous job .... when they finally showed up. Took 4 days of phone tag and voicemails from the boss about how I was on the books for an appt but no one showed up and they dont know what happened .... 2 very polite gentleman show up, spend 15 mins feeding an electric snake down my drain, and charged me $260 dollars. One of the nice gentleman even called the boss to see about a discount since it ended up being quick and easy, but nope! He said charge her full price! So moral of the story .... go buy ya a $120 electric snake from Lowes and save yourself both TIME and MONEY!!!

Do not use this company they will try to scam you into thousands of dollars that does not need to be done. Then when you catch the owner Mike in a lie he will just say, “ everyone makes mistakes”. He cost me hundreds of dollars that never needed to be spent. Please call one of the actual plumbers in Greeneville before even thinking about calling this fraudulent company.

My basement bathroom was completely stopped up. I Called Roto Rooter Friday and they came out Friday afternoon. The two men that came out were professional and very polite. My drain pipe was filled with roots. They cleaned those out and then used the camera to make sure the pipe was clear.I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the bill. It was much less than I had been told I should expect to pay for this service.If I ever need anymore plumbing work of this type I will definitely give them a call.

Had our septic system done last year. They actually had to come out three times to fix the problem costing us around $2,000. A year later the problem still isn’t fixed. Having another service redo the whole system this time costing us three times that amount. Should have been done properly the first time!
