By far the best place I have stopped for an oil change the staff member that helped us out was verry well informed and helped inform us! Verry fast service and polite if I didnt live a state over this would be my go to. Thanks guys ! Looked at the car cam they got me out in under 30 min for 3 services !

It was fairly quick and we was in a hurry. Had to pay almost $80 for a simple oil change. Which is twice the price of a do-it-yourself one. The staff was very professional and friendly, overall not bad and I didnt have to lay in the rain and do it myself. Ill go back if I find myself in the same predicament.

I often use the dealership, but when they dont have availability thats convenient I use Valvoline. When you arrive the staff directs you into the bay. You get to remain in your vehicle and they walk through what the computer tells them for your car and/or vehicle. They will top off fluids, check tire pressure, replace air filters and change oil and transmission fluids. They so use covid-19 precautions to make customers safe. The staff are professional and friendly. It doesnt take them long to have your services completed.

Bonus, I was returning after discovering small oil leak on garage floor. Im too old to get under the car anymore. Anyway, I remembered these folks said come in anytime for a check. So I remembered that and explained to Brianna who said she would check this out herself. She and Dylan and the shift manager gave me 20 minutes ( total 1 Hour ) of real attention as they fixed the problem The bill was zero $ and I left giving a tip for coffee and a big smile on my face. Horrible service. I pulled in, employee comes out scans my VIN says we will get you in as quickly as we can 30 minutes goes by the bay finally clears only for another employee to come out and say we are doing shift change it will be 15-20mins. That would have been great information to know from the start instead of wasting all that time. Very unprofessional environment. Will never do business with them.

I went today for for the first time for an oil change and every one was so friendly, the manager included. We will be going back. It was convenient and they checked so many things and theres no pressure to buy anything they just reccomend things. Great place great price great people.

All the yelling back and forth made me think I was at a football game, not an automotive service center.

Consistency in courtesy and service. Needed wipers on my 2014 Ford Edge. Two of the service team members had trouble with installing passenger side blade. They eventually got it installed, without causing damage.

Arrived there at 1:06 pm. Left there at 2:20. Very slow . Got irrated as did other people in line. Not enough help there. At least they gave me a 15 dollar discount for my inconvience.

Im new to the area,I pulled up got behind a car that was already in being serviced they have three bays no one came out to greet me, no one said anything to me other people pulled up in the other lanes and got in ahead of me and Id waited 15 minutes before they even showed up I will not be back there service is terrible.

Doing a oil change after techs at this location and the oil filter and drain plug were both way to tight. Never in my 20 years of working on cars have I dealt with this unless it came from a lube place

Had a great experience with the staff taking care of me. Only had one bad time one employee motioned me to come in then a lady hatefully yelled Stop! I will guide you in another employee came and guided me in. The rest of the staff was a pleasure to work with. My CSR was fantastic and made the experience pleasurable after the initial not so pleasurable experience.

This place is great if you have a coupon. The price without is very high. The service is fast friendly and professional.

I went for an oil change and they ended up talking me into changing my wipers, and my brake lights as well (super expensive btw) and about a week later, I was told that my drivers side brake light was out. I went back, mad that I was ripped off, and found out that the wire to the light wasnt plugged in all the way. I left and found out they left my hood popped and didnt even need to look under it! Would not recommend this place.

I been going to express oil for years, I went to get a oil change and they had changed owners and all new employees. The employees goofed off the whole time and the price was way more expensive. Few days later my car started making a funny noise took it to a mechanic and my oil was low so had to get it oil in it. I believe in everyone makes mistakes so I go back a second time to get a oil change here and they goofed off again I was there for a long time. Get down the road and bird poops on window go to use wiper fluid, no wiper fluid in my car(they never added any). Last time ever doing business here and other customers beware

They lost a customer today. I purchased a Groupon like always because they are expensive, but the Groupon helps. The Groupon glitched, and I wasn’t able to pull my code up. I had proof of purchase, but they refused to honor it as they have several times in the past. Their option for issue resolution was for me to pay and deal with Groupon or deal with Groupon to get the code before getting the service. I was on a limited schedule and needed to get this done then. So I left and still need an oil change. If this is how they are going to treat a loyal, longtime customer then I will fire them.

If you cant or dont know how to change your oil,or maybe just dont have the time, these bunch of guys will do the job fast and get you back on the road in a few minutes. Great selection of oil and great service 👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👍👍👌👌👌

For starters I know its first come first serve but I waited and I had two cars pulling after me about 10 minutes after me get served before me and on the Third vehicle the general manager noticed and could probably see I was a little upset and pulled me right and I was on my lunch break and I was about 20 minutes late getting back because of that other than that and the weight and how its processed an ordered everything else is fine but when Im paying $100 for an oil change and its first come first serve I expected to be fair

Had my oil changed on all 4 vehicles (mine, wife, son, daughter) by Mr. Stroud and Mr. Freeman at Oil Express for years using Mobil 1 oil and Toyota Filters even though Oil Express offered many brands to chose. The new Vavoline store only has Vavoline oil and filters-although ‘you can bring your own’ I was told. I will be finding another spot unfortunately. Good Luck with Vavoline and no choice.

I had my oil changed there for years when mr. Stroud owned it at oil Express in company vehicles I work for a big company but I will not ever take it to this this place again after it changed to Valvoline I sat in line today for 45 minutes while they rotated tires on a car this is crazy all I did was want to cut up and joke around I can rotate tires by myself in 15 minutes and then it took them 30 more to change the oil in my truck I told them the mileage on my truck record my next mileage was 40000 miles away They dont clean your windshield like mr. Stroud boy there asked me how was my day I said well I was in a hurry but I guess not now when it takes an hour and 15 minutes to get your oil changed they also lie on their report and say they reset the oil life meter this was twice that I was there and the last I think thats ridiculous I will not ever be backP.S. the good thing is the company I work for doesnt want us to use them anymore and everyone in our company used to use them not anymore what a blessing in disguise thank you for the terrible work (YOU JUST LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS )
