I just called the Mop Squad and the guy answered the phone by saying hello. Not, good afternoon thank you for calling the mop squad, how can I help you. I tried explaining what I needed and he just couldn’t understand. It was frustrating to say the least. If you run a business then be professional. I will find another cleaning service. My realtor recommended him and I’m sure Mop Squad just lost a lot of business.
